Announcing New Fan Art Contest!
We're very happy to announce another community fan art contest that's open to everyone!
Submit a new fan art of your own making to the 100% Orange Juice Steam community Artwork gallery with the hashtag #100ojcontest2022 to enter!
This time all contest entries will be judged under 3 separate categories:
Essence of 100% Orange Juice
Coolest
Most wholesome
Entries won't need to be submitted to any particular category, and it will be up to the judges to pick which ones are the best fit for each.
We hope to see some fun entries with this new contest format!
The art contest is now open until December 4, 10:00 PST.

1st place: Plushie of your choice + winning art featured in an in-game background + in-game contest winner pin!
2nd-3rd place: Fruitbat Factory game or DLC of choice (some restrictions apply)
4th-10th place: 100% orange Juice DLC of your choice, or a gift copy of 100% Orange Juice.
Art can be submitted any number of times. Submissions must include the tag #100ojcontest2022 and must be related to 100% Orange Juice in some way. The winner will receive an Orange Juice character plush of their choice (out of available options)!
Contest Rules
Create a new piece of artwork (“Entry”) that you feel fits the game 100% Orange Juice.
Submission period: Until December 4 2022, 10:00 PST.
Entries must be added to the Artworks section of 100% Orange Juice community hub, with the tag #100ojcontest2022 and name of the illustration.
Entries must be original and not contain any copyrighted material and must adhere to Steam Community guidelines. They may not contain purposeful references outside the Orange Juice games.
Multiple Entries are permitted, but only one Entry from a single contestant may be selected as a winning piece in any category.
Text is permitted on the artwork.
Fruitbat Factory will pick the winners at their discretion.
Less than 10 entries may win in a category if there aren't sufficient high quality entries.

Chase the Pumpkins Again!
The long-awaited Operation Halloween event is back!
Chase the pumpkins and unlock spooky Halloween cosmetics!
Based on feedback from the last time, the moving pumpkins will now move more rarely to not slow down the game too much. In addition, players will receive 2 extra pumpkins for placing 1st, and 1 for placing 2nd in a game.
The event has been updated with new costume rewards as well!
New OJDex Entries & Pins!
Other changes in this update include 8 new OJDex entries & pins! Aru, Sora, Peat, Tomomo, Syura, Nanako, Saki and Kyousuke now have entries to collect.

Embrace the Glory of Pudding - Pudding Pop Song Pack Now Live!
No one can beat QP's love for pudding!! The second official Character Song Pack for 100% Orange Juice is the QP character song "Pudding Pop"!
Performed by QP (Sato Azusa), and written by Marie Poppo, Pudding Pop is a high-paced denpa song packed with love.

When we released our very first character song, Ultimate Weapon Girl, the warm reception to it made us really happy. Songs are a great way to liven up the 100% Orange Juice universe, and we hope to bring you even more great tracks in the future!
Pomeranius and Watty Make a Splash!
Two new friends introduced in the Path of Secrets event, mermaid Watty and talking dog Pomeranius, are now available to play for owners of the Watty & Pomeranius Character Pack!
You can get the DLC at -10% launch discount, while 100% Orange Juice is also -75% off as part of the Tokyo Game Show sale!
Watty
The cute mermaid with self-confidence issues, Watty may look like an easy target, but don't let that fool you - the more she is bullied, the more dangerous she gets, until an overload of magical power may knock down all opponents! Watty is voiced by Oono Yuuko (Nemesis in Infinite Dendrogram, Yuzu in Konohana Kitan)!
-3/+1/+0, 5 HP, REC: 5 After battle, gain 1 stack of Hardened Scales for each point of damage reduced by using Defend (max 5). (For 3 Chapters: gain +1 ATK per stack. Effect expires on KO).
Hyper (Boost): Torrent of Magic Lvl 2, Cost: 10 Effect Duration: 3 Chapters. Gain +2 DEF. The maximum stacks of Hardened Scales are increased to 10. If you gain 10 stacks of Hardened Scales, all other players suffer KO.
Pomeranius
This emotional support dog has a nose for sniffing out traps, and really makes you want to pet him with his overwhelming cuteness! Pomeranius is given a charming voice by Ogami Shinnosuke (Bakura in Granblue Fantasy)!
+1/-1/+0, 5 HP, REC: 5 Ignore any Trap card landed on when your HP is full or higher.
Hyper (Boost): Goodest Boy Lvl 2, Cost: 20 Effect duration: 3 Chapters Immune to instant KO effects. When staying on a panel with another player at the end of either player's turn, gain a copy of a random card in their hand. You can neither challenge nor be challenged; instead, opponents may stop to Pet you. Effect expires on KO.

Versioned Hotfix for September 13
An update that increases the internal version was just posted. Please update the game to continue playing online.
This update addresses the following:
Fixed Summer Beast's Dance of the Seagulls trap not overhealing.
Fixed costume button highlight inconsistency when loading a cosmetic preset in the deck builder.
Taunt customization menu now uses the new costume buttons.
AI now considers the cost of playing Backdoor trade in decision making, including cost-altering effects.
Fixed Sumika & Alicianrone using voice lines intended for normal Suguri when against Suguri (46 Billion Years)
Fixed various issues related to Sora (Military)'s Burn Out; no longer will Sor always be considered to have 1 more burnout stack hidden and applied to every KO, nor will visible stacks not apply to out-of-combat KOs.
Adjusted Pet Snacks' description clarifying that Pet Snacks in Co-op's effect can stack.
Adjusted Rocket cannon's description clarifying that the upgrade effect is not tied to playing the card itself.
Adjusted Affluence (Co-op)'s description to more closely match in-game behavior, clarifying lack of attack as well as the choosing of following effects.

Follow the Path to Secrets!
Continue Ellie and Lulu's journey in the new event, Path to Secrets! The exciting new event's story is written by Hono and it comes with a beautiful ending illustration by Siumai112.
The event is live until September 17.
Path of Secrets features a new Event Map. Players can choose their own path to the goal, with different length paths and different rewards along the way. Gain stars, oranges, cosmetic unlocks or even event bonus unlocks from the route rewards!
Every first game of the day in any game mode grants 3 Move Points for the event, and additional games give one point per game.
If you finish the event early, you can keep replaying the Event Map to collect even more rewards!
Version 3.10.1 Adds New Event, New OJDex Entries & More!
Version 3.10.1 has just gone live with a number of changes!
Changes
Added new event: Path to Secrets, alongside a new Event Map mechanic.
Added pins and OJDex entries for Yuki, Hime, Fernet, and Marie Poppo.
Added new emotes.
Amount of games required to unlock each character's OJDex entries has been lowered, now being unlocked at multiples of 5 games with the final entry unlocked at 25 games (previously was multiples of 15 games). Pins remain at 50 games.
Re-ordered characters in the OJDex.
Adjusted Magical Massacre's description to specify "other units" instead of "enemies" (effect remains the same).
Improved -noSmartLoading launch parameter for additional loading changes, possibly fixing long time loads for people playing on the x64 executable.
Fixes
Fixed softlock when Haruo uses Swarm while Serene Hush is active. New behaviour: If Serene Hush is in play when Swarm is played, Boss will receive the Dash effect, and all minions the following buff for the next battle: "+2 ATK, and if attacking first, enemy cannot counterattack (once per battle).
Fixed Upshift causing characters other than Lone Rider to play their own hyper voicelines
Fixed repeats in the free weekly character rotation. As a side effect, the current free characters will change after this update. Sorry, Lone Rider!
Fixed typos in Natsumi and Kiriko voicelines (English).
Fixed an issue where Special Stage would not properly change the music if it was used immediately after the end of a previous Special Stage.
Fixed CPUs using Special Stage too often.

We have lots of great news for you again! Version 3.9.9 comes packed with goodies!
Summer Games!
Summer Games event is now live again! Help settle the rampaging Summer Beast down, and earn rewards doing so!
The event has been updated with new Player Plate rewards. Defeating any other co-op boss will also give progress toward completion, but at half the pace.
Tiger Kigurumi!
A new set of cute Tiger Kigurumi costumes has been added to the Shop!
"Hmm, is there some theme to these costumes...?"
Summer Games event games may also award you free Tiger Kigurumi costumes upon finishing!
OJDex!
An exciting new section has been added to the main menu: OJDex!
This section will have a growing selection of character profiles with expanded information on them. Play games with each character to unlock more information!
Playing 50 online games with a character will also unlock a character themed Pin for your avatar plate!
The OJDex starts with Suguri, QP, Kai and Marc, and more characters will be added over time!
Note that your progress in normal games has been retroactively applied for each character. As of this update, however, online games across all game modes will count for characters' OJDex profiles, even for characters who don't have profiles yet!
Plate Pins!
A new player plate customization that many players have been asking for is now live: Pins!
Every player may unlock special character pins by playing 50 online games with a character that has been added to the OJDex!
In addition, three new special pins have been added:
Contest Winner Pin: this pin can be given to anyone who won an official 100% Orange Juice contest (art contest, etc).
Orange Factory Pin: this pin indicates a current member of the Fruitbat Factory team, including QA, translators etc.
Contributor Pin: this pin can be given to people who contribute to the game in any way that gets them credited in-game as well, including commissioned artists, voice actors, and current and past team members.
The pins are awarded via Steam group membership.
To receive your Pin in-game, you must contact us via email: support (at) fruitbatfactory (dot) com with the following:
Your Steam profile link.
Short explanation and proof if relevant (link to winning contest entry or similar) of what that qualifies you for one or more Pins.
Then you will be invited to the corresponding Steam group(s) and receive your Pin ingame!
