As you have probably noticed, we are recently working hard on finding that sweet spot where the game is fun for everyone. That's why today's patch is a major one that concludes the main changes to the game's difficulty. If you haven't played 112 Operator in a long time or if you have given up because the game was too stressful or not rewarding enough - it might be a great moment to give it another go. Of course, we will still tweak some things here and there, but we are really interested in your feedback about the current state of the game.
Changelog:
Rebalanced the promotion bonuses that were granted to the players. The player is going to receive fewer vehicles, while being given more money to make his own upgrade choices.
Rebalanced personnel upkeep cost. The personnel cost at the later stages of the game should be noticeably lower now.
Updated the reinforcement, now it is possible to send them directly to the incident's scene.
Fixed an issue with cursor behaviour when playing on fullscreen mode with a double monitor setup.
Fixed an issue that caused an error when searching for smaller cities in South Korea.

Infection Free Zone is 50% funded on Kickstarter!
The team behind 911 Operator and 112 Operator is working for quite some time now on Infection Free Zone. A new game played on real-world map data, but with survival/city-builder based gameplay. If you want to support the team and join us in the early development, now is a great time to do so!
The day has finally come! Infection Free Zone has just launched its Kickstarter campaign and you can join us early, taking advantage of the time-limited promotional pledges! It's also your best chance to get the cheapest Steam copy of the game, delivered to you on the launch day!
To those of you who have missed any info so far - Infection Free Zone is a spin-off to the 112 Operator game, a continuation to its latest "The Last Duty" DLC. Instead of simulator/emergency manager, Infection Free Zone is going to be more of a strategy/city-builder game with survival elements.

Infection Free Zone announcement-related FAQ (frequently asked questions)
Greetings, Operators!
Since announcing Infection Free Zone through The Last Duty DLC, we are receiving a lot of questions. Some of them in e-mails, some in reviews, some in comments, they're all over the place! We thought that it might be a good idea to collect the most popular ones and answer them directly, to make the whole game concept a bit more transparent.
Is Infection Free Zone a direct continuation to 112 Operator?
112 Operator takes place in a realistic setting of the modern world. That being said, The Last Duty DLC might be considered an alternative timeline. And to this alternative timeline events, Infection Free Zone is a direct continuation to. But it's not an official sequel to 112 Operator.
What are the main differences between 112 Operator's gameplay and Infection Free Zone's gameplay?
While 112 Operator is more of an emergency services management simulator, Infection Free Zone is more of a mixture between a strategy and a city builder (or even a re-builder), with additional emphasis on story-telling. Players will have to scavenge the resources, explore abandoned buildings, adapt them to their needs and create a safe settlement (a so-called "Zone").
And then of course we have to defend this Zone from the infected, who will mainly swarm us during the night. The game won't be split into duties, introducing continuous gameplay, but the distinguishable differences between the day/night gameplay are going to be present.
Is Infection Free Zone developed by the same team as 112 Operator?
Yes! And we are proud to announce that we have some of the veterans back, who were working previously on 911 Operator, a prequel beloved by a huge chunk of the community!
What's the release date?
We have no exact date yet, but the end of 2022 is probably the most optimistic scenario. The game changes drastically on a day-to-day basis and we want to make it as good as possible. It will be played with a bigger zoom into the city than the 112 Operator is usually played by most players, so we are also doing our best to make the cities in 3D look really cool!
If you have more questions about the game, feel free to ask them in the comments! We will read them all and answer them, when possible.
Although it says "Hotfix" in the title, this patch is a major one and it addresses a lot of your reports. The recent ones, related to the DLC itself, but it also changes the gameplay balance, according to feedback that we are receiving for a long time now.
Many players felt frustrated by the number of incidents happening in the game, especially when the first few duties were over. We have received videos with hundred incident icons appearing on screen and many reviews that the game is too nervous, tiring, and stressful. And while we were aiming for this experience to be somehow real, we probably went too far with it. We tried introducing some new commands, like "SetIncidentMultiplier" and new options for the free game mode, but the feedback stayed the same. That's why we have decided to rebalance the game difficulty on a normal difficulty level. It might not be the final iteration of it, but hopefully, we are going in the right direction.
Mind you, if you were a fan of the game being complex - hard and expert difficulty levels were barely changed, which means that people who are up for the challenge can still have their fun!
Changelog
Game's difficulty has been rebalanced, especially on the normal difficulty level.
The Last Duty scenario difficulty has been rebalanced.
New army vehicles have been added in The Last Duty scenario.
Thai fonts have been added to the game.
Units won't be sent to quarantine anymore after the pandemic events are over.
Fixed an issue that caused helicopters' position to reset after each duty.
Fixed an issue with custom facilities preventing the players from losing the game during the Last Duty scenario.
Fixed an issue that prevented players from finishing the riot and tornado events.
Fixed an issue that prevented players from finishing a duty, when certain criteria were met.
Let us know how you feel about the changes! Hopefully, we can make 112 Operator a more accessible game now, making it more comfortable for the players who felt overwhelmed by the numbers of incidents popping all over the map.
Best regards, Jutsu Games Team
