As we promised in our previous announcement, today we've got a big update for all the 112 Operator players.

A little bit of everything - new content, features, and game mechanics as well. We're still reading your feedback, and so this update includes a variety of quality-of-life improvements.

Content



  • Scenarios - a bunch of new mini-campaigns handcrafted to challenge the operators
  • Gear Editor - create a gear to prepare your units the way you like

Mechanics



  • Hydrants - firefighters have learned how to use hydrants in the city area. Fighting fire in urban areas will no longer consume water form tanks.
  • Filling the water - firefighters outside the city now will fill the water from the nearest watercourse, if it is closer than returning to station.

Quality of Life



  • Automatic patrols - units now patrol by default (can be turned off in the game settings)
  • Dispatchable - a new checkbox allows users to decide if a unit can be dispatched by an AI dispatcher.
  • City draw - added a button to draw a city in free game
  • Districts list - added a list showing which districts are still available to pick
  • You're fired - dispatches now can be fired (removed from the list)
  • More filters - additional filters to sort vehicles, team members and gear

Bugfix:



  • Fixed bug with campaign not ending
  • Fixed bug with adding last district in an area
  • Other minor bugs fixes

Hey Operators!



Long time no see :)

Soon, we’ve got some new content for you. This week, while we are still testing out the new stuff, we’ve got something for you to play with - The Call Editor!

The calls are the thing you all like the most in 112 Operator, but even the coolest, most interesting calls can be boring after hearing them for the hundredth time.

With our Call Editor, you can make your own calls or customize existing ones.
To help get your head round the new Call Editor, our developer has written a guide --> here.

The Call Editor can be found in your Library in the Tools section.

Steam Workshop

Hey Operators!
It is time for another update. This time we are giving you the long-awaited Steam Workshop!

With the Steam Workshop you can:
- modify existing vehicles and add new ones
- modify current translations and add new languages
- change the popularity of incidents
- add new incidents
- modify and add calls through a text file (a full call editor is still in development)
- most importantly – MODIFY TEAM MEMBER’S HATS!

Calls from 911 Operator

Hey Operators,



The last update was more than 10 days ago, but if you think we have forgotten about you, you couldn't be more wrong!

Besides normal bugfixes, we have increased the variety of calls by implementing the calls from 911 Operator.

For those Operators more focused on unit management we added a checkbox to disable all calls or just 911 calls.

If you don't want to start over just to change these settings, the cheats "DisableCalls" and "Enable911Calls" will do that for you (works from next the duty, only in free game).

One of our developers has created this workshop guide, for those of you who are eager to mod our game.

Here is the changelog for this update:
- Added checkbox to answer calls from 911 Operator
- Added checkbox to not answer calls at all
- Fixed overtime penalty for hard and expert difficulty
- Fixed units order queue
- Additional dispatcher UI improvements (dragging to district)

UPDATE - Drag & Drop

Hey Operators,

This is an update that most of you have been waiting for since release. 911 Operator has it, and now 112 Operator has it as well: Drag & Drop functionality. It is one of the most requested features we’ve had.

Here is a more detailed changelog:
- Added the drag and drop system to management
- Fixed gaining career points when "Force area expansion" checkbox is off
- Quick dialog display on click
- Fixed some achievements triggers
- Increased incidents amount on hard and expert difficulty
- Some other minor fixes and improvements

SURVEY - FUTURE OF 112 OPERATOR

It’s now 2 weeks after 112 Operator was released. Since then, we have released updates to improve things you’ve asked us about first. We are still reading the discussions and working on other improvements that require more time to develop.

Indicent rates balanced, speed and income increase, number of bugs fixed

Operators! We've analyzed over 550 reviews, 300 Steam discussions and 200 returns reasons. We value your feedback, and that's why we came up with a number of fixes and improvements:

- The incidents generation algorithm changed. Less incident on first duties, increases happen only with area enlargement, especially on Normal difficulty.
- Squads now move 10% faster.
- 10% more money each duty
- Added a checkbox that disables forced Area expansions (but we advise against using that)
- Junior Stage can start with 1 career point district now
- Added squads reordering buttons in management mode
- Fixed unsolvable VIP event.
- Fixed Principal stage unlocking after finishing the campaign.
- Fixed bug with squads sometimes doing nothing on-site.
- Lowered chance of burying squads in snow.
- Fixed buried units not making themself mobile after solving bury incident.
- UI fixes for higher resolutions above FullHD
- Improved Dispatchers assignment UX.
- Fixed major fires spreading on water.
- Other minor bugs fixed.

By-the-way, tomorrow we are going to publish a CHARITY DLC, from which 100% of our profits will be donated to real Emergency Services. This DLC will enable filter masks for all your crew members.
