Project Highrise: Architect's Edition now on PlayStation 4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch
A towering update for players who like their consoles as well as their desktops!
You can now take control(lers) of your skyscraper empire on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch - Project Highrise: Architect's Edition is now available on all three consoles.
The Architect's Edition contains all of the extra content from the PC game. Your console towers start out right away with Las Vegas hotels, Miami malls, Tokyo apartments, London financial offices and Berlin HQ suites. The Architect's Edition also features a redesigned scenario campaign including all 29 scenarios in a new progressive sequence.
About Project Highrise "Project Highrise" is a skyscraper building and management sim. Your job as the architect and developer is to build world-famous skyscrapers that will be the envy of the entire city, masterpieces of art and engineering. And from the moment you break ground, every decision rests with you: planning and construction of the building, finding tenants and moving them in, providing them with the utilities and making sure everyone is happy, and of course keeping an eye on your bottom line. A modern skyscraper is a complex beast: an intricate machine made up of interlocking systems, which depend on each other in their daily function, and it will take your skillful touch to keep all of them are running smoothly - and profitably.
To celebrate 1849's Gold Edition, we've just released an "Epilogue". If you've already purchased the game, the free update is ready and waiting for you to download!
The Epilogue presents two final scenarios, taking place in the period after the gold rush, as the people of California attempted to forge a new identity in a state that went through an irreversible transformation.

We released 1849 on May 8, 2014. It’s been a great year and we’ve been humbled by the response to our first simulation game.
To celebrate, both 1849 and the Nevada Silver DLC are on sale through Monday morning.

New DLC - 1849: Nevada Silver
We just released the first DLC for the game - 1849: Nevada Silver. It's available now.
Some of the new features:
Builds on 1849's simulation gameplay with added difficulty
Six new Nevada city scenarios, from frontier outposts to bustling boom towns, plus sandbox mode
Train-based trading system adds a new strategic dimension
New buildings, mines, and resources based on the industry and technology of the era

Steam-specific:
- Added leaderboards, one per story scenario
- Added two new achievements for finishing commissions in San Francisco
Keyboard shortcuts:
- Escape closes any open popups or dialogs
- WASD move the viewport around
- +/- zoom in and out
- 1/2/3 change game speed to paused/normal/fast
- Backspace toggles the HUD on or off
UI changes:
- Fixed text cutoff in the trade dialog, when showing amounts over $ 9999
- Different visuals for the speed and layers buttons
Sandbox changes:
- Commission sites (eg. US Mint) no longer counted as potential trading partners
- Neighbors no longer offer to buy resources you can't produce because of location (eg. when lacking stone, barley, etc)
