More loyal generation of the world! New algorithm for saving gameplay!



1. The game will now have a more loyal generation of the game world. Now it will be easier to start a new game! On the first location will not spawn animals, and rare mobs (fat man, spitting poison, etc.). Also, the first location will no longer spawn a car with an active alarm system. And now the first location will never be a "swamp".
2. New game saving system! Previously, the game process was saved automatically when the player enters the base. This could harm the player, since he does not always return to the base full, and this killed him, and as a result, the player continued the game with a "dead loop". But now, the game is saved manually. Now the player just needs to click on the virtual button (on the interface) to save, at any time they need. The main condition to make a save-the player must be on the base.

Added a new weapon - a flamethrower. As well as other improvements!



1. A new weapon has been added to the game - a flamethrower. It is able to massively fry up a bunch of zombies!
2. The ability to create fuel for a flamethrower was added to the crafting section (located at the workbench). This requires only one ingredient - a Molotov cocktail.
3. Was fixed a glitch in the animation of the character (was incorrectly detected transitions animations)
4. The program code of the player training section has been updated.

In the near future, we plan to make an "easy start" for the player, that is, not to generate dangerous zombies and difficult obstacles at the first location.

In crafting added the ability to create cartridges/shells for new weapons!



In craft (near the workbench) added the ability to create cartridges/shells for new types of weapons
1. For the Bazooka;
2. For the sniper rifle;
3. For a revolving grenade launcher.

To create cartridges, it is enough to have at least two gunpowder in the satchel.

In addition, improvements were made to the software code for the sniper rifle and the revolver grenade launcher.

Added a new weapon-a revolver grenade launcher



1. The game was added one more weapon switching grenade launcher! It has an explosion radius like a normal hand grenade, and like a Bazooka. But this weapon is special in that its projectile flies in an arc!
2. Fixed bug with quick access to weapons - sniper.
3. Was changed icons parts of a boat.

Added a new weapon. Updated the animator.



1. The game has found problems with the Bazooka animation, and changes have been made to the animator for animations with a Bazooka.
2. A new weapon has been added to the game - a sniper! Now you can deal huge damage to zombies in the range of 100-200 health points at a long distance. Special animations for the player were added to the animator for sniping. In the future it will be possible added the laser sight to the sniper.
3. Slightly updated icons in arms.
4. Fixed small bugs with the inventory.

Added a Bazooka weapon

A new weapon, the Bazooka, was added to the game. To add it to the game, I had to do a lot of work with the animation controller.
The Bazooka will easily dismember any zombie.

Hotkey

Keyboard shortcuts have been added to the game. Now you can quickly use items from your inventory using the keyboard keys "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6".

Simplified display of remaining cartridges

Previously, the player , when the inventory is open , had to determine the number of cartridges by comparing the icons of cartridges. This all created discomfort for the player. Now we have simplified this nuance, the number of cartridges is now displayed directly in the inventory cell itself.

Improved inventory!

In the inventory, improvements were made to the algorithm for moving objects between the satchel and quick access. Now it works more correctly. In the case when there are a lot of identical objects in the satchel, then when moving the object that was clicked will be moved, and not the one that was the first in the inventory list.

Transparency in the foreground of the camera!


  1. In the "Farm" and "Cemetery" locations in the foreground of the camera view, transparency of objects was implemented.
  2. Ladders were added to the "prison" and "Tunnel" locations so that the player can return to the opposite direction!
  3. When a player was killed and wanted to make a quick restart-the ability to load a saved game was removed, and a new game starts when you click the "Restart" button. Now you need to fully die(watch the video of the player's death), and it will load through the main menu.
