Fixed prerequisites installation

Prerequisites installation was broken, which could lead to crash at startup.
The game now automatically installs engine prerequisites if they are not already installed, and does not show UAC prompt anymore at subsequent launches.

The Day of Rage is set!

Each thursday, starting next week (16th february), matchmaking will be open from 17 to 23 (UTC) to test yourself against hordes of enemies! (well, we hope so, spread the word anyway). We're sending keys so you can activate 5MR on steam, once activated you can start your training with local matches or with steam friends online, and be prepared when the Day of Rage comes.
