During the Meta Showcase, we finally were able to unveil *The 7th Guest VR*, coming to Meta Quest and Steam! The team at Vertigo Games, together with Exkee, has been hard at work bringing the classic mystery puzzle adventure into another perspective, and reimagining the story of The 7th Guest with new immersive tech.
As Bill Gates astutely put it, The 7th Guest marked “the new standard in interactive entertainment” back when the original game launched in the mid-90s. Developed by Trilobyte and Virgin Interactive Entertainment, The 7th Guest was a pioneer in leveraging CD-ROM technology. The game garnered millions of fans globally due to its impressive pre-rendered 3D graphics, mature narrative, and use of live-action video clips to enhance its storytelling.
Now, the beloved dark mystery returns, entirely reimagined for VR gameplay and featuring additional enhancements to create the definitive way to experience The 7th Guest.

Embark on a new adventure in "Another Fisherman's Tale"!
We're proud to announce the sequel to A Fisherman's Tale, continuing the story of Bob the Fisherman in "Another Fisherman's Tale"!
In this new upcoming adventure, we step into the shoes of Nina, the daughter of the original game’s protagonist, as she discovers models, notes and photographs that document her father’s mysterious past, as well as her own childhood.
Featuring a total reinvention of its predecessor’s mechanics, Another Fisherman’s Tale imagines a world where YOU are the puzzle:
DETACH limbs and hands from your body and physically control them remotely. Throw Bob’s hand across a ravine and then make it crawl to retrieve an object, or send your head elsewhere for a different view of things.
REPLACE any of your limbs with a variety of objects to unlock new skills. Pirate hook hands allow you to climb up walls, a crab’s claw can cut through a rope in a pinch, and a fish’s tail will improve your swimming ability.
CONTROL your environment with your puppeteering hands, picking up distant objects, items and tools and interacting with each level’s unique layout.
