Big news: we’ve just revealed our next game! Since “A Juggler’s Tale” launched back in 2021, we’ve been quietly pouring our hearts into something new—and we can’t wait for you to finally get a glimpse of it. Introducing RECUR, a cinematic puzzle-platformer with a time-bending mechanic. If you enjoyed the world and storytelling of “A Juggler’s Tale,” we’re confident you’ll love this!
RECUR's time mechanic follows a very simple rule: ➡️ Walking right: Into the future ⬅️ Walking left: Into the Past ↕️ Front or back: Time frozen We use this rule to build complex puzzle situations and fascinating moments, but also on the grand scale to tell our story.
Sounds interesting?
You’re just an average postman, but today is anything but average. It’s the end of the world and you suddenly have the power to control time itself. By moving forwards or backwards, you alone control the flow of time to solve problems, change outcomes, and discover secrets as you try to save the world. You need more than just reflexes to save the world: you’ll need to use your new time-bending abilities to solve puzzles and traverse gargantuan obstacles. Explore a world falling apart in your quest to put things right. Or left. How did you get your powers? Why is the world ending? Unravel the secrets of RECUR as you discover a rich and engaging story.
Our small team has been working very hard on RECUR and we can't wait to hear your feedback. If you like what you see, please consider adding the game to your Steam Wishlist - it will help us a lot!
