The image shows the new(on the left) and the old(on the right) in game screens to compare the change in graphics.

The game will be broken down into 3 different updates, each adding a new episode for you to progress in the story line. For those who have already purchased Absence will have all 3 episodes available to them when the following updates are released. For those who would purchase Absence after the release of any of the future updates will be purchasing the full game and will not have to pay anything more for any of the episodes.

The price change for Absence will happen on the first update but the amount it will change too is TBA.

The release date for the first update will be mid December. As for the other 2 updates are TBA.

Absence Getting a New Look

Absence has been released for almost 2 years and has not received a single update to fix the problems the community has found.

As a indie developer I feel it is necessary to fix these issues and do a complete overhaul of Absence. Absence will have a new look, more interesting mechanics, a much longer and clearer story, and many more achievements.

I want to apologize for not releasing this sooner and hope you can give Absence a second chance.
