Absolute Blue
Endboss in Level 8 / Chapter 5
First of all it fixes a crash, that occurred on Level 8, Chapter 5 just before the Endboss.
As this was my first game I ever did for PC (back in 2003) it was quite hard to dive into the code again. However, I've managed to identify the issue and fixed it.
I've also fixed a few smaller issues (for example on the very last endboss, there was no feedback involved when hitting the boss which is improved now).

Absolute Blue v1.6
Most important I've fixed another bug which causes some crashes if you played with a Game controller.
I've also did a small fix for the end boss of the last world. An element of the boss wasn't rendered correctly.
If you play with a Game controller you can alternatively use the DPAD to move the ship around.
Last but not least I've added new music, so every stage now has an own music track.

Absolute Blue - Patch
First of all, on some machines, all objects that should be transparent were rendered on a magenta background.
Second, on lots of machines the game can't even be started because it crashed right after the loading bar with a "Memory Access Violation" Message.
We have fixed both issues and just released an update.

We just went live and Absolute Blue is now available on steam for only $3.99 -15% Launch Discount. I think and hope this is a very fair price for my game.

Release Date
I've originally planned to have this game already released on Steam, but lately a graphical glitch appeared on the PC Configuration of a friend of mine.
I'm still trying to figure it out what's the reason for this, because it's working well on all other systems I've tested it.
I hope you can understand, that I don't want to risk negative reviews because of this bug and want to have this issue addressed before release.
