We've just released a small new update for ACT IT OUT XL. We've updated the Twitch API from Kraken (v5) to Helix. This brand new Twitch API will resolve the login-issues that some players were experiencing and will better future-proof the Live Show mode which lets you play the game with your viewers.
Second of all we've also removed references to Mixer (RIP) and YouTube as streaming platforms. Both platforms aren't supported by the Live Show mode anymore. Microsoft has closed Mixer down, and YouTube has made changes to their service which have made it impossible for us to continue supporting it.
We've also added a range of smaller bug fixes in this update.

We just updated ACT IT OUT XL! to version 1.02!
The update consists of the following improvements:
- Improved webcam support: The game now features better support for both 16:9 and 4:3 webcams, solving the problem where players could appear 'stretched' during broadcasts in the Live Show game mode.
- Scoring improvements: At certain moments the game would list an incorrect top scorer in the scrolling tickertape. This has now been fixed.
- Many other smaller fixes and improvements have been made.

We just released update 1.01 for ACT IT OUT XL! on Steam. Here are the patch notes:
1.01 Fixes:
- The secret phrase pop-up didn't always show up on resolutions above 1920 x 1080.
- Legacy code from the original Wii U version caused 'Wii Fit' to appear as 'Wİİ Fit'.
- On Mixer the cat animation for a new follower would play after every interlude.
- Some Help text was missing and would get cut off in Dutch.
- The Shuffle instruction would get cut off in Dutch as well.
- The ampersand (&) character wouldn't display in the secret phrase pop-up.
- The streaming platform logos (Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer) would get discoloured when highlighted.
- Tidied up the warning text for when players haven't set up the camera feed behind the overlay.
- The secret phrase pop-up now displays roughly where the blank box is.
