The maintenance for Apr. 12th, 2022 is complete.
1. Regarding the Pass rewards not being rewarded properly
Regarding the Pass rewards(Golden Pass, Rank Pass, Story Pass rewards) not being rewarded properly on some devices after the maintenance on April 5th,
the correct rewards have been sent during today's maintenance to those who were affected by the error.

2. Bug Fixes
└ Fixed an anomaly where the Exchange Facility does not work properly when 4 UR weapons are set for exchange.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the character "Emily Simmons" only moves backward in Arena Battle at a high possibility.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the word "speed" is displayed incorrectly as "movement speed" in the character skill description of certain languages.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the character "Kamimura Maika"'s skill description of "Pile Flare" says "movement speed" where it should say "speed".
※ "Speed" refers to both "movement speed" and "attack speed".
└ Fixed an anomaly where the motion of the character "Shinganji Kurenai" is not displayed correctly in the cutscene of section 5 of Main Quest chapter 12.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the human-type boss monster does not move and becomes invincible in the 4th stage of the Secret Quest when its HP falls below a certain level.
└ Fixed anomalies where the "Close" and "Purchase" buttons do not work when the Surprise Package comes out right after purchasing Passes, and where the Surprise Package icon disappears at the lobby when reconnecting after the prior error occurred.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the characters "Noah Brown" and "Su Jinglei" do not attack after using their Ultimate skill.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the character "Mizuki Shiranui" moves to the wrong place when using the skill "Genei Sekai" in section 5 of the event "Challenger, Hunter, Taimanin".
3. Suspension of cheating users
To create a healthy gaming environment, we have imposed disciplinary measures on accounts found to be cheating in the game.

[IMPORTANT] About the Pass reward error
After the scheduled maintenance on April 5th, 2022, we found an anomaly where users could not obtain rewards when using several Passes (Golden Pass, Rank Pass, and Story Pass) on several devices. This was solved through emergency maintenance that took place from 16:00 ~ 16:40 (UTC) on April 5th.
We have completed an investigation of all users who did not receive their Pass rewards properly during the period when this issue occurred.
We are planning to give the rewards during the scheduled maintenance on April 12th to the users who did not receive them properly.
We apologize for the errors that occurred in the game.
We will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to Commanders in terms of gameplay and completing Pass missions.

After the scheduled maintenance on April 5th, 2022, we found an anomaly where users could not obtain the rewards when using several Passes (Golden Pass, Rank Pass, and Story Pass) on several devices. This has been taken care of in the emergency maintenance that took place from 16:00 ~ 16:40 (UTC) on April 5th.
We are currently investigating all users who did not receive their rewards properly during the period when this issue occurred. This investigation will be completed by April 10th, 2022, at 15:00 (UTC).
As soon as the investigation is completed, we will reward all Commanders who did not receive their rewards properly.

After the scheduled maintenance on April 5th, 2022, we found an anomaly where users could not obtain various rewards even after completing the missions of various Passes (Golden Pass, Rank Pass, Story Pass) on some devices.
To resolve the problem a hotfix is scheduled during the following period.

It is highly recommended not to receive rewards from the Passes (Golden Pass, Rank Pass, Story Pass)

[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Exchange Facility not working in a certain circumstance
After the scheduled maintenance on April 5th, 2022, we found an anomaly where the "Exchange Facility" doesn't work properly under the following condition.
- Condition: Using the Exchange Facility while having set any 4 weapons and no additional effects.
- Effect: The Exchange Facility doesn't work and no messages appear either.
※ When this happens, the facility will work properly by changing the selected items to anything other than 4 weapons, or by setting an additional effect.
We are currently investigating this issue to figure out the cause and will have it fixed in the foreseeable future in the means of emergency maintenance.

└ Fixed an anomaly where the in-game time is displayed as 10:06 instead of the actual time.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the phantom of the playable character Igawa Sakura's skill "Shadow Phantom" doesn't move when used in Arena Battle.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the familiar of the playable character Noah Brown doesn't attack in Arena Battle.
└ Fixed an anomaly where setting 3 Suppress-type supporters to the playable character Shinganji Kurenai while having her skill "Kamaitachi" in the skill slot causes the attack motion of "Kamaitachi" to change to "stabbing the enemy", which is the attack motion of setting 3 Assist-type supporters.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the rankings are not applied correctly when clearing Time Attack within 30 seconds.
└ Fixed an anomaly where the top of the screen is not displayed correctly.
