[IMPORTANT] Incorrect Pricing of a supporter in VR Shop and 1 Additional Issue
Following the maintenance on November 5th, 2024, we have identified and addressed the following issues:
- The supporter “[Massacre] Shinganji Kurenai” was listed at 5,000 VR Points instead of the intended 15,000 VR Points.
- The supporter “[White Knight] Igawa Asagi” was mistakenly included in the Exchange Facility’s item list.
Here is how we have resolved these issues:
1. The price for “[Massacre] Shinganji Kurenai” will remain at 5,000 VR Points for the rest of the current sales period.
2. Users who purchased “[Massacre] Shinganji Kurenai” at the original price of 15,000 VR Points before maintenance have been refunded 10,000 VR Points (reward distribution complete).
- After this sales period, the next limited-time supporter will be sold at the intended price of 15,000 VR Points.
3. The Exchange Facility issue has been corrected. Please restart the game if you have not received the update.
