Originally, the team had planned to release military-themed armor sets to honor all soldiers and warriors from every country. Out of respect for the on-going real world conflict in Ukraine, we have decided to delay their release. We are here to make fun and funny game releases to provide an escape from the real world for all our players, especially in times when it is needed the most. Thank you for your understanding, and to everyone who was looking forward to the items, never fear; they will arrive in-game in the future.
Also, next week marks the beginning of June; so look forward to our June promotion in the Upgrade Shop. It will include a pet (and travel form for Guardians) AND a weapon. This will be a light release week as the team recuperates after two full Friday the 13th releases this month and continues work on the Nulgath saga.

If you missed last week’s Friday the 13th release… A dark alternate dimension is contained within a large mysterious crystal in Mysterious Johnson’s House of Oddities... as well as an evil version of Warlic. Help Mysterious Johnson and the true Warlic to put away this evil for good.
A staff has been discovered that is capable of opening portals to multiple dimensions. Gather elemental essences from inside Dark Warlic’s domain and in our world of LORE to power the Staff of Shattering. Complete the quest to unlock the "Multiverse Staff Shop”. All creatures in the Dark Warlic's domain have a chance to drop Multiverse Shards. Use these Shards to create alternate versions of the Staff of Shattering from this shop.

Also, this time of year we want to honor all the veterans across the globe that fight to keep us safe. Winnie and Thyton have created new military-inspired armor sets and weapons to be earned in-game. These items will be released with the Skullpunch release.
Return to the Oddities Shop where a strange new artifact awaits. A large mysterious crystal sits on a shelf among an assortment of other strange trinkets Mysterious Johnson has collected. A dark alternate dimension is contained within... as well as an evil version of Warlic. Help Mysterious Johnson and the true Warlic to put away this evil for good. Also, Dottie is back in Battleon to take you back to Camp Gonnagetcha if you want to revisit the previous seasonal Friday the 13th Shrade content.
Elementals of Destruction
Dark Warlic has conjured elementals to attack the structure of the crystal. Enough damage will cause it to break and release him. Destroy the elementals to keep Dark Warlic inside. Complete Warlic’s “Elemental Studies I” quest to earn the Elemental Corruptor title and a special Staff of Notes.
Destroying the elementals also gives you a chance to receive:

An elemental aura.
Note: The type of staff or aura depends on the type of elemental you kill.
Break the Connection
Help Warlic investigate the connection between the giant sigil and the elementals. Perhaps he will figure out a way to break it and confront Dark Warlic.

Wait a minute! Is something... or someone... missing in this release?
Yes. Why yes, a few things are mysteriously missing from this Friday the 13th release. The ship that was originally scheduled to take us to Skullpunch Island is nowhere to be found. Or is it? There is only one Friday the 13th this year... but who cares about dates when you have a few capable Chronomancers nearby. Keep your eyes and ears peeled here for some exciting breaking news. Meanwhile, the team is hard at work building all of the upcoming story releases for you. These include the Nulgath Saga and the Main Vane Storyline. What's small in size but big on evil? May I present you the Makai. This mini monster loves chin tickles and biting the fingers that tickle its chin. This Makai pet is included with all packages from the Upgrade Shop, including Guardian and Lore Strider. Guardian packages also give the travel form version. Check your Pet and Travel Form inventories on your next login after purchase.
New UI: Shop and Adventure Menu buttons
You can now access the main story on the game’s interface with the Adventure Menu button. You can click on it at any time to access the latest release no matter where you are. Also, we added a convenient Shops button. This will give you access to your daily treasure chests and allow you to sell without having to go back to an NPC.

Head to Yulgar's Inn and ask Yulgar himself about blacksmithing. He is willing to return to the forge if you track down and defeat the elemental berserkers Ymirion and Surtion. Yulgar needs pieces of their weapons to forge you an Epic weapon!

Carnaval is happening in Rio and in AQ3D!
AQ3D is celebrating the return of the Carnaval Parade to Rio after having been canceled in 2021. Thank you to @forestbansh for informing us on Twitter of its triumphant return. Three new Carnaval items are available to purchase for Carnaval Feathers dropped from the Carnaval Sneevils in the Social District.
Note: Colorful Feathers have been re-economized. Item purchases with Colorful Feathers now require only 10% of previous cost. These drops have been reduced by 90% as well. Max stack is now 200 vs 10,000. Colorful Feathers are now purchasable in the Carnaval Shop with DCs. Player inventory of Feathers will be capped at 200 upon release if there were previously over 200.

While you heroically help Heartwood’s forest flourish in-game, it is also a great opportunity to think about how to use your powers to help the real world too. You can make a difference by picking up trash around your neighborhood, raking your yard, making a pinecone bird feeder, planting a garden… and if you’re feeling devious, find some dandelions and blow their seeds. People think of dandelions as weeds, but they are a great source of food for insects and humans, and help restore depleted minerals to the soil.
J6 shared with us an Earth Day tradition from his home, called Earth Hour. “Everyone in the neighborhood shuts down for an hour. No lights, no TV, no phone… and it's amazingly peaceful. You take the time to talk more with your family, discover new card games, find fun things to eat that don't require an oven, and most of the time we go way beyond the hour and just forget to turn everything back on. It'll melt your worries away and might make you realize how much noise electricity makes in your life.”
We're the dominant species on the planet, but we're just one species out of millions who need it to survive. We have the time, the skill, and the knowledge to make it habitable, so start with your own backyard and watch the positivity spread outwards from there.

We are excited about how well the upcoming Nulgath saga is coming together. The map, the monsters, the dungeon experience. We just need a little more time to make sure it is ready for release. Breaking News
The invasion of Chickencow creatures from outer space has been fought back by the Heroes of Battleon, alongside the brave members of the Guardians. Heroes and Guardians should continue to mop up the last of the invading forces residing in Battleon Social District. We spoke to renowned Paladin, Pun-adin and slayer of undead things, Artix, for an update on the situation:
Artix - "We've successfully bawk-sed the fowl invaders into the Social District of Battleon, after a high steaks gambit by our Heroes and Guardians. We've yet to discover if this egg-vasion was led by some kind of cow-mmander or Dairy Queen, but we fully eggs-pect the udder madness of it all to end some time next week. Don’t worry, the time will fly right by"! Thank you so much for that commentary, Artix! We can’t wait to moo-ve on from this terrifying eggs-perience.
In other news, local romantic Maurice, who went missing last week, has now been found! He is reportedly okay, and just had an ailment to recover from. Maurice has informed this crew that he’ll be back in town for one week, before taking his regular year long vacation next week. You can find Maurice sipping on Moglinberry Juice in Yulgar’s Inn.
