V1.4.0 Now Live! Survival Mode + More
Hi everyone,
A new update has been released which addresses the small issues posted in the forums recently.
Also,
Survival Mode!
--V1.4.0 Patch Notes--
A Survival option has been added when starting a new file in "Adventure Mode"!
The Survival option allows you to tweak Adventure Mode to create an extra layer of difficulty and urgency whilst adventuring through the cosmos.
HP and MP will drain continuously, even when flying in your ship. Recover by eating, sleeping in beds or drinking potions. Be wary, potions and some foods also contain Toxic Chemicals. Keep your Antidotes in good supply!
When you're out of MP, movement speed will also be affected. Playing an Ether Spell user under these conditions takes on a whole new meaning of maxing out an MP build.
Adventure Mode Choose Starting Location Option:
Prior to V1.4.0, selecting Adventure Mode would spawn the player randomly across various locations. Now, you are given an option whether to spawn randomly or choose from a few locations.
-Fixed bug which could cause the player to become unable to call their spaceship when exiting the town of Malfius on Planet Tremulor.
-Fixed Meerun Ruins Ancient Inscription bug.
-Fixed "Universal Battle Master" Achievement not granting.
If you have completed all of the Pet Battle Leagues, the Achievement should auto grant once turning on the save file.
-Spaceship Enemy AI Movement Tweaked
-Merchant inside of the Pet Battle Master's Champion House has had his stock updated.
-Corrected the teleport when exiting the Centre Galaxy Pet Battle Arena.
-Additional encounters and combat scenarios across various planets and locations

New ATE:TH Theme Song and Trailer Live!
Hello, everyone.
A sneaky 8mb patch was released a few hours ago which has updated the main title screen music/theme. The original theme that was used suited the game, but ultimately a custom song was desired to represent the final product as we move forward. The new theme is simple and eerie and is a much better representation of the general tone of the game. The theme has been composed by Elushis.
The storefront icons and graphics have also been updated, as well as the main trailer an description texts.
You can view the new trailer directly on the games store page or within the Youtube link below:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mv1YvSFYkjQ
Thanks, guys!
Update 1.3.0 is now live!
V1.3.0 Patch Notes:
-Further optimization has resulted in increased performance gains for all systems (Another patch 1.3.1 will be released soon which will address some instances of lag spikes and further increase the FPS stability).
-Quest Log and System Options tab has been integrated into the Main Menu
Bar for easier/quicker access
-Handful of Item descriptions have been updated to coincide with some
information and item databases that will be present in the upcoming Strategy Guide
-Introduction loading text has been updated
-The load time when starting a Story Mode file, for the very first time, has been shortened
-Cheat Mode will now be disabled during the Story Mode tutorial sequences. Cheat Mode unlocks once you receive your first Spaceship
-30 Page Strategy Guide Sample can be found within the games local files/folder
-Other small various optimizations and bug fixes
Thanks, everyone!
1.3 Update
Just a small announcement to let everyone know that a new update will be releasing very soon which will include some small QOL improvements.
The main change, which I think long-time players will be the happiest with, is rearranging and adding the Quest Log and System Options to the Main Menu rather than the Key Items tab.
(Current/Old Main Menu)
(New Expanded Menu)
-Tabs change/scroll as you move across the menu.
The current/old 1.2 arrangement was, unfortunately, necessary due to some technical constraints during development, but as of recently, the Main Menu system has been improved and will be included within the 1.3 Update.
Expect further optimization for lower end systems and more when 1.3 releases.
Check back for the release of 1.3 and full patch notes soon.
Thanks, everyone!
After the End: The Harvest Companion Guide (30 Page Sample)
Hi, everyone!
A new update has gone live which includes a 30-page sample from the upcoming Strategy/Companion Guide.
Sample Includes:
-Story Briefs
-Main Character Briefs
-Galaxy Locations/Descriptions
-Monsters and Evolutions
-Titan Bios
The full strategy guide is going well and will be released before the year is over. The guide on launch will be roughly 300 pages.
You can view the sample guide now, either within the game folder or by right-clicking Properties on the ATE:TH game and then select Local Files +
Browse Local Files.
You can also view the sample by pressing the "Getting Started" tab within the Steam client.
Users who don't own the game may also view the sample by checking out the guides section in the link below.
This is just a small announcement to let you all know that an official strategy guide will be releasing soon for ATE:TH.
This guide will include additional exposition on the story, characters, and races which can be found within the game and will also include information on Secrets, Hidden Areas, Titan Locations/Tips, Weapon Guides, Planet Guides, Monster List/Catching Guide, Crafting Guide, Ancient Inscriptions Guide and much more!
The pricing for the guide is yet to be determined but will more than likely range between 99c and $1.99, if bought separately, but will be cheaper if bundled with the game itself. The guide will launch with a sale so that existing players don't have to spend extra on getting the guide by itself.
