Agrou Update 1.7
It has been so encouraging for us to see so many people sit around the fire and play the game since the last update and price change. For that, we've been working hard on a new update, the 1.7! Here are the main changes at a glance:
- A brand new role: the Ninja!
- A new map : the Pirates Islands
- New premium skins and pets
- Random map mode
- Voice detection (or push-to-talk)
- Scale resolution for low-end configurations
- And more things to discover in the changelog
Let's start with the new role, the Ninja! This character wins alone (blue card) and you will have to be very cautious and discreet to prevail. During the day, you can throw discreetly a shuriken to poison a player. This player will die the next morning if nobody spotted you and if you stay alive until then. Wait for the right moment and keep your composure!
Also check out the new map, the Pirates Islands! This desert island still has traces of the past pirate battles, and some even tell that this place hide some secrets and treasures... what are you waiting for to explore?
Some new premium cosmetic content have arrived in the shop: pirates, native americans, tigers, red pandas... there even are some skins of the developers of Agrou, apparently!

Agrou Update 1.6
This is a big update, welcome to Agrou 1.6! Here are the main changes at a glance:
- A brand new role: the Blaster!
- 3rd person view and new animations
- Lower price (from $11.99 to $4.99) as of 05/16 10am (PT time)

Let's start with the new role! We really like roles that sow discord in the village: the Anesthetist, the Assassin, the Dictator, the Hunter... we always had a lot of fun watching you play those! You are now going to experience the Blaster, the king of troublemakers (ally of the village)! At night he can throw a bomb at a player and he is the only one who knows how many turns it will take before it explodes the next day. When the sun rises, villagers throw the bomb at each other until someone unlucky blows up! If the bomb explodes in the hands of a village's enemy, the Blaster will get a new bomb. We hope you have nerves of steel!
Big news, Agrou's price is going to be lowered drastically to $4.99 as of 05/16 10am (CET time)! This price change will first be in the form of a 60% discount, then after the end of this discount the price will stay at $4.99 indefinitely! With this major change, we hope that it will be easier for you to invite your friends to the game and live this thrilling experience with more players! All of the updates up until today have only been possible thanks to the massive support of our community, so every person that played Agrou before today will get a gift when they launch the 1.6 version!
This price drop goes along with many new cosmetics elements: complete skins with matching thematic graves, and brand new pets! These cute and loyal animals will follow you on all maps and seat beside you during the games! There are currently 20 skins and 20 graves (launch the game regularly to discover the skins of the day!) and 10 pets. This content is only cosmetic and have been added to let you customize even more your experience on Agrou. It will support the updates and servers costs and help us maintain the game.

- New third person view: you can now see your wonderful skins! Between the games you can switch between 1st and 3rd person view (X key by default)

- 10 pets (including some shiny variants)
- Some scenery elements where you could get stuck have been fixed
- You can no longer go out of bound in the Cavern of Belfalas
