It's been 1 year since a group of 7 friends decided to make their gamedevelopment job a reality.

Update v1.1.1

A quick update to fix a few things:


  • Fixed the jump against the wall in depth in the waterfall
  • Improved Benito's interactions when grabbing onto the wall when exiting an aerial dash
  • The mechanic of braking the player to avoid falling off an edge when landing on it has been better implemented
  • Fixed (finally) the mechanic of rolling in the Temple of the Jungle: you can no longer go through the walls and there are no more dashes towards the ceiling
  • Several abilities of the bosses disappear when they are defeated so that the player does not die from them
  • Fixed the checkpoint that loads when you fall in front of the first movable platform at the end of Egypt
  • Raijin no longer stays stuck in the air without attacking
  • Now Dark Benito ALWAYS deals damage, at least to the enemy he is targeting for his attack

Hello there fellas,

Today we bring you a few fixes that we have been working on these days. Since the early access came out, we have been watching other people's videos and streams and we are working on correcting all the bugs that have come out as soon as possible. Here is a list of all the changes that this new version brings:


GENERAL CHANGES



  • eliminated a bug after some attacks that made Benito float and walk through walls.
  • slightly adjusted the jump when it starts close to a wall on Benito's horizontal axis to make it easier to hold onto the wall


MAIN MENU



  • updated the credits of the main menu, before they were not exactly the same as those of the end of the game


ALBACETE / DOJO



  • adjusted collisions at tutorial level.
  • Tutorial information pop-ups now only display buttons for the device Player 1 is using, instead of toggling between controller / keyboard.


JUNGLE



  • cartwheeling in the jungle temple should no longer cause Benito to go through walls.


HIMALAYA



  • corrected a typo in one of the dialogs near the end of the game.

  • fixed a bug in the destroyed Albacete cargo. If you left the menu or closed the game, it would load the next level to the corresponding one.

  • eliminated the possibility of brandishing Pepito in the fake credits scene

  • fixed a bug where the music of the final boss was not heard after dying and restarting the level

  • while fixing various situations that cause Benito to go through the ground, if this happens in Albacete's level against the final boss, the player will now respawn correctly above the ground

Hello to all, to those of you who are here and those of you yet still to come.

Today, date December 15th, we are proud to announce that Albacete Warrior is officially 100% available. After much time, effort and struggle, we finally present to you the full release of Albacete Warrior,

In this new and last update, you will find the following:

New Level

In this last cockslapping, action packed last level, we reach the end of Bennet Waters' journey. You'll finally be able to witness the mysteries of this crazy story be resolved.

Changes

As well as adding a new level, we've made multiple small changes and refinements to overall improve gamefeel.

Animations:

- Improved timing on some animations.

Camera:

- New camera angles in cinematics to obtain a more dynamic effect.
- New camera adjustments during gameplay to highlight some gameplay details.

Cinematics:

- Multiple cinematics have been slightly modified to improve narrative and comedic feel.

Gameplay:

- Added a small pause in the air roll with the intention of improving the animation and dynamism

- Added frames to the timing for dodging enemy attacks.

- Adjustments in balancing to some enemies and combat scenarios.


Bugfixes

- Fixed an issue with the powerful jump that occured sometimes when double jumping on some walls
- Fixed an issue where te player clipped againts a wall when doing an air roll.
- Fixed an issue with some enemies leaving the combat areas.
- Fixed an issue in the combo counter.
- Fixed an issue in the point counter at the end of levels.

Trophies

- Some trophies have been removed
- Trophy for 0% hit available. If you manage to play through the whole game without recieving any damage, send us a photo or video or something to @fas3_studios on twitter. We'll send ya something.
- Trophy for 0 death playthrough available.

Conclusion

Finally, we would once again like to thank all of you who have played, followed us through this experiende o have laughed with us (or at us). It truly has been an honor and we are very please with the results. As we've mentioned before, this is not the end.
