And join multiplayer live events every Friday.
2 time slots: 20h CET (Europe) and 20h EST (Americas).

Music Update

This update brings a couple of new songs and music player clean-up. Now you can listen to a song from beginning to end without interruption. Wherever you are in the game, music will continuously play from one song to the next.
If you'd like to skip a song, you can simply press rudder-right (key D). To restart a current song, press rudder-left (key A).
During a race music controls are disabled, so you need to pick your song before the race starts.

In the future expect new songs that cover all different music styles and hopefully fit different tastes.

Other fixes and improvements:

  • Terrain drawing especially high in Alps had problems. Some objects were sinking or floating on those tracks. Problem gone.
  • Flying upside down had misplaced gravity center position - fixed.
  • Creating tracks in editor with shortruns would crash the game - fixed.
  • After race, showcase of winners could show some planes transparent - fixed.
  • Two license tracks received some new objects - spot them if you can.

And join multiplayer live events every Friday.
2 time slots: 20h CET (Europe) and 20h EST (Americas).

Aim for the Hole - Track Editor Updated!

Track editor receives a major update with extra objects and new ways to make your tracks exciting and fun.
Buildings like hangars, warehouse and barns can be used to fly through. This should make for some fun tight competitions in multiplayer.
From now on we will be using track editor ourselves to build new tracks. That means that editor will be updated regularly as we add new stuff.

New editor features:

  • Extra objects: ruins, barns, hangars, silo, warehouse, wind turbines, blimps and windmills.
  • Race path displayed between gates makes it easier to check that gates are in order.
  • New replay cameras: static, zoom, parallel fly-by and multiple plane cameras are in.
  • Multiple undo / redo, saving view positions for better workflow added.
  • Flatten button will flatten terrain around buildings.
  • Roads are now displayed in editor, this makes it easier to place objects like buildings around them.

Build and share your ideal tracks with the new track editor.
Editor runs in WebGL compatible web-browser, you can get it here: http://www.altitude0.com/a0editor

And some game improvements:

  • License track 'Plane Invasion' was added (made with the new editor).
  • New type of 'must pass' gate with a red ring is in. This gate must be flown through without skipping.

Performance Parts & Badges Are In!

Hi guys,
A long awaited plane customization update is here!
Play solo or multiplayer modes and collect plane parts: propellers, winglets, spikes, fins and many more.
You can get parts for the plane you are using by collecting racing points - more racing points means more parts. Once you collect all parts for a plane you can start collecting different color sets: chrome, green, bronze and more.

No plane part is an absolute winner, you will have to playtest and explore what's the best combination of parts for you.

Another big feature with this update is badges. You will see them on player profiles and you can also stick them on your plane.
These are recognition badges given to players who are dedicated to playing more or are just simply great.

Other improvements:

<*>In garage you can now rotate around your plane for closer inspection. Same goes for end of race showcase - check other people's planes.
<*>Team colors were added to plane tails to recognize teams easier.
<*>Playing multiplayer brings bonus points +20%, winning team also gets extra points for races won.
<*>License plate in garage displays finger counting to show badge colleting progress. After 5 fingers are shown, you will earn a new badge.
<*>Garage got new menus: plane parts, skins, stickers, extras and badges.
<*>Visual improvements: chrome material on planes, night flying headlights and burning fire were redone.
<*>DirectX11 was crashing on some graphics card like Intel and some AMDs. It's now fixed.
<*>Flying with arcade controls using mouse got easier. Now it doesn't require constant dragging for long turns.

And of course, join multiplayer live events every Friday.
2 time slots: 20h CET (Europe) and 20h EST (Americas).
Start collecting plane parts, bonus stickers and badges!
