v0.8.9 - Early Access Release of Angel Droid!
Hello there!
This project represents the admiration, curiosity, and respect of the developer's personal gaming history. Having played Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, every Final Fantasy, every Zelda, Mega Man X, Elder Scrolls, Xenoblade, Risk of Rain, Sundered, CrossCode, Hades, Dark Souls, Donkey Kong Country, Monster Hunter, Shin Megami Tensei, Pokemon, Magicka, Kingdom Hearts, Slay The Spire, Child of Light, Portal, Halo, Moonlighter, older Star Wars games, Golf Story, Fez, The Bridge, The Witness, The Swapper, Superliminal, Backpack Hero, NiGHTS Into Dreams, Panzer Dragoon, and Astal, these games have inspired concepts seen in Angel Droid's gameplay, artwork, and music.
To Nobou Uematsu, David Wise, and especially Yasunori Mitsuda: thank you, your music will inspire me for the rest of my life.
Everything you see was created by one person. All content seen in this game is the result of self-taught skills, ranging from animation, game design, user experience, combat mechanics, optimization, physics algorithms, music composition & arrangement, 3D modeling, monster design, code/game architecture, marketing, and publishing. The developer has never excelled at any individual skill, so he sought pleasure in all of them.
Like every other Early Access game, you may encounter menu bugs and physics glitches during gameplay. Angel Droid will receive updates whenever the developer feels like adding stuff. The game has plenty of content even being incomplete, so go have fun!
