11. Increased the English announcement text limit for legions to 200 characters.
12. Changed the reward (Gene Box) for Hunter ID Card to be manually opened by players in the Storage.
13. Fixed the cumulative recharge/consumption of Star Credits counting bug.
14. Both Privileges, Hunter ID Card, and Secret Treasures are now purchased by cash.
