First Anger Foot Performance Update is in beta!
Hi everyone! Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone for playing Anger Foot so far, for your feedback, and for your general enthusiasm. We're always very happy to see lots of people enjoying one of our games!
We'd also like to apologize for the rocky start, particularly in areas of choppy performance. It's always difficult to predict how things will go when a game is released to a large audience with wildly different PC specs, but we definitely should've done a fair bit more testing before launch.
In any case, we've started working on the first major performance patch, which is now playable on a beta branch. We'd still like to stress test this patch with whoever is interested in opting in.
Before you run the beta, please back up your progress in case you want to roll back. There's a chance new saves won't be compatible with the previous ones. To back up your files, go to the folder below and copy the content somewhere else. %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Free Lives/Anger Foot/Saves/
Follow the steps below to download the beta:
Right-click on the game in your library
Properties
Betas tab
Select "openbeta" from the drop-down menu.
If you give it a try, we'd be grateful for any feedback on roughly how much of a difference it's made for you. Unfortunately, there is no magic bullet solution for the game's performance issues, but we'll keep working on it. We feel fairly confident that over time and with several patches, we can get the game running a lot better.
So, if you've been experiencing bad performance in the game and want to see how much this patch improves things, please opt into the Beta and give us your feedback.
Many thanks, The Anger Foot Team

Anger Foot Is Now Available On Steam!
In case you're new to the party: Anger Foot is a single-player first-person "booter" about kicking down doors, kicking in faces, and collecting kickass sneakers.
Something smells in Shit City ...and it ain't the feet! Lace-up a capricious collection of formidable footwear to fight through a diverse series of deranged city districts.
The road to launch was an exceptionally fun one for us. We poured our hearts, souls, and skeletons into making this world come to life.
Starting as a simple shooter game made as a Seven Day FPS [7dfps] jam prototype,Anger Foot grew into a game that we're incredibly proud of.
We hope you enjoy playing it as much as we did making it.
P.S. Just before launch, Anger Foot took his kicking door and bad attitude to the British seaside this week to fight seagulls and win the hearts of Develop attendees. See how it went below.
P.P.S. While you're waiting for it to download, why don't you prepare your feet for action by taking a glance at the game manual available on the right-hand side in your Steam library?
