Today we implemented a patch that fixes the following points:
Fixes:
Fix for CPUs with more than 32 HW threads (more than 16 cores with hyperthreading).
Fixed a possible crash in "Orbit" when exiting build mode.
Fixed an issue with objects spawning at an invalid position.

Once again, the German magazine GameStar invites you to vote for your favourite games. The public votes for 2016 just started. You can participate until 8th of January 2017 to select your GameStars2016. Even though the site is in German, you can simply click on the according game cover to vote.

Since the Frontiers DLC you have to call your fleet to fight enemy blockades. You can find the button to do that on the bottom left. There's also an overview on the bottom of your screen which lets you know the strength and status of your fleet.

Greentide Archipelago
The Greentide Archipelago is the the third of the new sectors that were added with the Frontiers DLC. It is situated in the temperate region and can be used as a starting sector.

New start options
The start menu has been extended with new options since version 1.8. You can adjust the settings of the new features according to your preferences. The two screenshots show the menu for Frontiers DLC users and for players who don't use it.
