It's been a while, huh? If you were wondering, we've been busy working on our next Anton adventure, ANTONBLAST. It's a massive action platformer inspired by the Game Boy Advance, but pushing beyond what that console could ever do! Here's a look at the trailer:
ANTONBLAST will launch in 2023 on Steam. You can wishlist the game here: ANTONBLAST
While we've been hard at work on ANTONBLAST, we also recently reacquired the publishing rights to Antonball Deluxe. We see this as a great opportunity: Whilst Antonball Deluxe was very difficult to many players, there was definitely a lot of love for the title, and so we intend to continue to support the game and make it the absolute best we can!
We have many updates planned for the game, but for now, here's a smaller one. The biggest changes are to Anton's physics - these are all in service of making the game more fun for the player, and leaving the challenge to you! If you thought the game kicked your ass a little too hard before... try it now and you just might be surprised :}
CHANGELOG
Reduced Anton's skid frames from 10 to 5
Buffed Anton's acceleration and deceleration speeds - he is much tighter now
Anton's horizontal speed is no longer nerfed while backflipping/double jumping
Anton's gravity is considerably slower, meaning lighter jumps
Removed most solid platforms in Boiler Sewers and replaced them with passthroughs
Multiball powerups are no longer capped at a maximum of three balls
Fudge Mountain ice physics are nerfed
We'll have more news on Antonball Deluxe updates in the future. Happy balling!

Behold... The Double Jump!
THE DOUBLE JUMP IS NOW LIVE!
Hello, friends!
We've added a double jump to Antonball Deluxe! Wait, what?! Yeah, really. It's here. Since launch we've received a lot of feedback from ballers all around the world, and a common thread we discovered was that the game's controls may not have been as intuitive as we'd like them to be. Based on feedback, we've decided to add a traditional double jump to the game as an additional movement mechanic! It works exactly as you'd expect: press the button to jump once, then press it again to jump once more! Simple, right?
For those of you who liked the old backflip mechanic - it's still there just as it was before. I personally find myself using the double jump and backflip for different purposes during gameplay, so experiment and figure out what suits you best.
Additionally, we've also buffed Anton's movement speed - about 1.25x! You should find it much easier to zip around levels now. Anton's clutch also moves a bit faster and lasts longer.
Lastly, we've also added arrow indicators when holding up/down in Antonball mode to show where your ball will go. This can be toggled in the options menu if you don't like it, of course.
Patch Notes
-Double Jump (default, is not togglable) -Player speed has been buffed (about 1.25x faster) -Arrow indicators have been added for aiming up/down (these can be toggled on/off) -Dash lasts longer and moves faster -Return speed of clutched balls has been nerfed
These updates are live now on Steam and will launch soon on other platforms. Happy balling!

PATCH UPDATE #4 and NEW DLC IS HERE!
OUR NEW DLC IS HERE NOW!
You can see the details on their individual pages here, but the gist is 10 new expert difficulty stages, and two brand new characters, one of which is a stealth Invisible Mode for the real hardcore ballers!
Not only that, but we just pushed an update as well
Quick Patch Notes:
-Added DLC stages + characters. -Save and unlock issues addressed; players should now be able to 100% complete the single player content again and unlock Brulo after last update broke 100% reward for new players.* -Several tweaks to stages; multiple general QoL alterations. -Adjusted unlock system to accommodate the new content separately from the progress system in single player. -Minor bug fixes. *NOTE: Players who have already completed all the requirements for Brulo do NOT need to complete these requirements again. Simply defeat the Final Boss in Antonball mode to unlock Brulo.
We hope you'll take them out for a spin, and really push yourself with this EXPERT BALL CONTENT.

PLEASE NOTE: DLC stages for Antonball and Punchball modes are single-player only and cannot be played online due to DLC ownership issues. We intend to update the game to allow these stages to be played online at a date in the near future. It will be possible for DLC owners to play the content with non-owners, as long as the hosting player owns the DLC. However, it is worth noting that the stages were designed with single-player in mind, and may not offer a great multiplayer experience.
