Soundtrack audio and game sounds now each have their own slider
Digging has a cooldown of one second.
Saving got fix. The issue was that player could dig to infinity. The player could be a level 4 with 6 ants and dig a colony the size of the entire map. Since digging creates blocks to be excavated, you could have to save 10000 block that requires to save x.y.z position for each. For now the easy fix is you cannot dig further your colony if you have more than 200 dirt blocks to excavate.
The player can no longer in level 3-4-5
If your colony is too close to a spider web, the web is destroyed. And if there was an NPC that would have been triggered from walking in it, the NPC is also destroyed. The level is then adjusted

NEW STUFF
Players were having a hard time to find what ants or aphids were under attack. So, I added a visiual indicator that starts from the colony entrance and goes in the direction of the attack point. It's a trail of sparkling red pheromones.
Almost each level in the campaign has a few dialogs. Now the camera rotate towards what unit that is speaking and that unit also is highlighted. If for any reason there are no nursers or no workers, AKA the player is really bad, the dialogs will still be happening, but for logic reasons there are no more highlights.
When the player finishes a level in the campaign, at the end he has a two new buttons. Continue to the next level or go back to the selection.
FIXED STUFF
Highlighting square was acting weird. The green square won't stay active when you release the mouse button.
Fixed a few typos. How can I be that bad of a writer!?...
If any level requires some ants, only adult ants are being taken in consideration
The queen cannot be unselected in the first two levels
Optimized saving. Should be a little faster. It still needs works, but it's better
There was a bug with levels showing a timer countdown and level objective
Tunnels will only start collapsing once the player reaches 45 ants.
Once you set volume, mouse or zoom settings. It will automatically preset at each level

FIXED STUFF
Rotating the camera with the mouse won't deselect units anymore. Deselecting a unit only happens if you press the right mouse button with out holding it.
You can Rotate ant Classes to assign their tasks left or right. You don't need anymore to rotate the whole 6 classes to comeback to a specific class. Thanks Lazytribe ;-P
Dirt on the ground won't prevent anymore adding a chamber. I thought it would be logic to demand the player to excavate a room to be allowed to add a new chamber, but players have the impression it's a bug.
Deactivated a lot of unnecessary UI components int the first two levels.
Fixed a bug where you could switch views with out having an underground colony.
Zooming control and mouse sensitivity settings have more impact.

Removed the minimap, atleast for now. It was taking a lot of space on the screen and it wasn't really useful. On the other hand, I do understand the player wants to know where the NPCs are. The pheromone trail that gets created by the player would an awesome indicator to show the player where is the NPC. Something like flashing red a series of pheromones from the colony in the direction of an NPC. I will try this feature in next patch

I found amazing ant models for the player and an animator who will create the animations. It's going to cost a few hundred dollars, but it's going to be worth it. I'm gagging.

Level 15 has been added in the campaign
The map of level 15 is twice the size of the previous maps
Ai colony has been added in the game. They have their own colony and the slowly multiply until the reach the max value of the level
The Ai ant have their own models. They are primitive ants of the genus Brachyponera. They actually look better than the players ant model, but don't worry, work is on it's way
You can now add a patrol zone the same way you add an underground chamber. No need anymore to select an ant and put a pheromone
Exploring pheromones are now deleted after hibernation
The rotation control have been polished. There should be no more flickering!
Optimized the Fog of War
Fixed water ponds that were not showing the water mesh
Fixed a bug that was crashing the game on level 10
Tarantula level countdown has been incremented to give the player more time before all the babies start hatching
The maps have now a limit of 25 food resources
Fixed a few bugs in the game
IF YOU WANNA HELP
Try the new level 15 and let me know if you frame drops. The map is double the size and it's asking twice the resources for the Fog of War

NEW STUFF
New story line has been added in the game. A testers pointed out that people who don’t know ants might not understand what each class is good at or not. There is already a level system to guide the player, but it was lacking context. On top of explaining more in detail what each class can do, the story line has a few references that alíviate the gameplay.
There was a row of buttons that would be use to select groups of class for each color. In reality this was useless. I transformed this buttons in counterd for the eggs that are developing
Eggs now have a visual countdown image on top of them. This shows the player how long it will take for an egg to mature
When ever an egg is ready to be nursed all nursers use to go and take care of it. Now only one single nurser will be assign one egg
A few buttons where visible too early in the campaign. The progressively become unlock as needed by the campaign
Tier 1 spiders have been again nerfed

New Chamber System has been upgraded. The size of a chamber affect how many eggs the chamber can hold. Same for the Replete Chamber.
To add a new chamber the player needs to dig a new chamber inside the colony.

NEW STUFF
A new egg chamber system have been added
Each egg chamber needs to be in a different room and also at a distance from other egg chambers
So far each chamber holds 5 eggs at maximum
Mushrooms are not infecting all the colony, but only a certain zone
A patch of mushrooms appears after a rain fall and if not dealt with, they start spreading
If mushrooms are not cleaned away, the colony looses food stocks
Spiders are now dangerous and they take multiple ants to kill, including soldiers
Beetles are now tougher and they deal less damage
The sandbox scenario system is fully operational and it gives a good idea of what it can be
New controls that allow full 3D motion... or almost
Removed some UI components that were removing the nature aspect of the game

Add the new Queen Nuptial Flight. This will be the ultimate goal of the game. It's closing down the full cycle of an ants colony's life. A nuptial flight is when winged ant queens, from many colonies, fly out of their colony, reproduce and start a new colony.
A few challenges of the Sandbox mode will be to release 10 queens at start, what will take for ever, and go on like this to 20 - 34 - 85 - etc.
Finish level 13 and add a new level

Of course I can do all of this!
First, I will hit level 13 and then add the Nuptial Flight System.
Next week I will work towards adding an other level, new scenarios and add a new NPC.
And if you read this far, you are better than me cause I just never read any logs. My amazing team of testers are strongly suggesting I need to keep up with making a log so to make everyone happy, here it is!
Future Implementation ideas
Here a few ideas i'm debating on adding in the game
- The option to breed winged queens and having the player "release" them when they reach a certain number.
- Giving the option to the player to name his ants
