Walk movement has been added to compliment our hyper dash system. Use D-Pad or Thumbstick to active. Weapon Blast abilities have been mapped to the "Grip" buttons on both Oculus and Vive controllers.

The developers are really excited to release APEX Tournament on the Oculus Platform on Thursday March 29th, 2018.
For this FantomFathom decided to create an IAMA to answer any questions and recieve user feedback about APEX Tournament, our team and the future of our development.
/u/FantomDev will be hosting the IAMA for APEX Tournament on reddit starting 7:00AM on Wednesday March 28th, 2018 and during the Oculus release. Feel free to ask any questions about our development and our team.

Free to play demo
To help build player community and gain player feedback on a larger scale we have launched free to play demo version.
In the demo version players will have access to core content of the game including: multiplayer matchmaking, AI bots, level 1 to level 3 weapons.
This demo version will be taken down end of Spring to early Summer.

Single player bots are finally here. Use our unique locomotion system to outmaneuver and decimate the AI counterforces.
BOTs will be automatically loaded when you enter quick-play
AI difficulty will increase after every bot is killed
When a new player arrives the FFA will begin and the bots will be paused

Be sure to take advantage of our Luna New Year Sale. In this update we worked on graphics and game mechanics.
Chop Chop Square and Critter landing got a graphic overhaul
Collision boxes on Chop Chop Square and Critter Landing have been calibrated to fit better with the environment
Aim on Assault Rifles and Sniper rifles have been adjusted to be parallel with the barrel
Dash consumption rate reduced so overall gameplay is less punishing on map positioning

AI Bots coming soon!
We are close to finishing our AI bots. During game queuing players will be able to hone in their shooting and slashing skills on bots. The bots will have different characteristics based on the map and weapon used.
When a game is ready players will be automatically pushed to the main server to join Team Death Match or Free For all game.
Server and Game mechanic update 1.3
Hi guys,
Thank you for your support for the Apex Tournament. This update will introduce some new mechanics, game balance and quality of life fixes to support both our casual and competitive players.
Free for all cash flow balance: When new players join an existing Free for All game an amount of cash will be give depending on how long the game match has lasted.
Automatic server queue allows players to be logged onto existing Free for All game: When enough players are on the server a Team Death Match will be automatically queue for the players who want to join.
WarHammer Spike ability update: Spikes comes out faster to increase the hit rate on the timed attack.
Kinetic Cripple Update: Kinetic Cripple is given additional slow effect that make the sword more effective in combat.
Hyper Dash locomotion calibration room: Now you can calibrate and adjust your Hyper Dash sensitivity from the main menu.
