We have been lucky enough to work on what we love for the past nine years, pouring our hearts and souls into creating immersive and entertaining games for you to enjoy, and we are so proud of what we have accomplished.
But unfortunately, we have come to the end of our journey.
The last couple of years have been particularly difficult as we shifted towards the development of new IPs and a new course for the company. We were ambitious about what we wanted to achieve as a studio, but sadly, although we made good progress, the economic context was not favorable and we ran out of time.
It breaks our hearts to know that all the work we have done for the past year will ultimately not come to a completion.
We will always be grateful to our community and players around the world. Your loyalty and passion for our games have been our driving force, and we cannot thank you enough for the invaluable support you have shown us throughout these years.
We want to assure you that Aragami and Aragami 2 will remain available across all platforms and store fronts and the online co-op will be accessible.
We would also like to express our appreciation to our incredible team, who have worked so hard on bringing our games to life. It is with a heavy heart that we have to separate our ways, but we know that they will continue to bring their talent and passion to the industry in the future. We will do our best to help them find the best place to continue their career.
Although we may be closing our doors, the memories and experiences shared with the team and you, our fans, will remain forever.

Aragami 2 Classic Mode Update
It’s been 6 months since the release of Aragami 2, and we’re so grateful for the support you’ve been giving us throughout this time. Community feedback is so important to us, and we’ve listened to you.
Now, we’re so excited to show you the latest update arriving today to Aragami 2: the Classic Mode.
Classic Mode offers the chance to relieve Aragami’s original mechanics. The new mode is available now for owners of the game with this latest update. Players looking to dive into Aragami 2 for the first time can enjoy a Daily Deal of 40% discount today, March 18th, starting @ 10am PT

Inspired by the mechanics that fans loved from the first game, classic mode will challenge players to stick to the shadows and plan their moves with extra caution. These are the main features that you’ll find in the Classic Mode:
- Free leaps to shadows around you.
- Stamina levels are limited and recharge slower in bright areas.
- Direct combat is now extremely challenging and will more likely be deadly.
- Switch between normal and classic mode before starting missions.
- Classic mode is available both for single-player and multiplayer.

Classic Mode is our biggest update yet, but we’re not done. We’re happy to announce that we’re working on another update coming Q2 2022: difficulty modes.
Difficulty modes will most likely be our last content update for Aragami 2, as we move on to new unannounced projects. Even so, we’ll continue to support Aragami 2 with fixes when necessary.
We’ll share more details as soon as we can, hence, we recommend that you follow us on Twitter and join our Discord server so you’re up to date.

In this brand new story trailer of Aragami 2, we introduce the main protagonist, Kurai, as he rises to become the last hope of the Kurotsuba clan, and pull players into the intense conflict that sets the stage for this ambitious sequel.

Kurai is reborn to fight the Akatsuchi Empire in their conquest of the Rashomon Valley, and to free their people and find a cure for their curse. We're just two months ahead of launch of Aragami 2 and until now, we just have given you brief glimpses at the gameplay. But, now, we're excited to be able to take you deeper into the evolution of this stealth-action franchise. This new developer walkthrough shows off the completely new combat system built from the ground up for Aragami 2 and enhancements to the stealth gameplay established in the original title.

After a long time —more than we’d have liked… —We finally have some exciting news to share! We can now announce that the release date of Aragami 2 is set for September 17, 2021!
It’s been a long way and a lot of hard work from all the team since we first announced Aragami 2, and we’re so happy to be able to finally give you a date.
Moreover, we proudly present the first look at Aragami 2 gameplay with a thrilling cinematic, in-engine look trailer that shows a clear evolution of the stealth-action franchise. In Aragami 2, you will face the incoming terror of the Akatsuchi Empire which threatens to invade and destroy the Rashomon Valley. The Aragami will emerge as a clan to defend their own, utilizing the shadows to avail their cause.
