These details are only for the Waterballon Themepark that will take place during the event period.
The Waterballon Themepark will appear near Nascent Cliffs at Falcorth Plains.
The daily quests will reset every day at CET 23:00 (PST 21:00).
You can only use the Festival Balloon Magithopter at the theme park's bridge area.
You need to equip the balloon to fly!
Accept the quest and follow the blue orb!
Use the "Invisible" skill when you are in an aiming view!
When a large circle forms, move away!
Unequip the balloon to return to your starting location!
About Event Quests and Rewards
Cow Targets (Daily)
Accept the quest from the Equipment Manager
Reward: Waterballon Token x6
Yata Targets (Daily)
You can accept the quest from the Equipment Manager after you complete the Cow Targets quest.
Reward: Waterballon Token x8
Greenman Targets (Daily)
You can accept this if you complete Yata Targets within 1 min 30 sec.
Reward: Waterballon Token x6
Caution
If you forfeit the quests, you can accept them again.
The quests can be done solo or in a party. However, the quests may not complete if you are too far from the target that was defeated.
The amount of shelling increases by the amount of party members who join the quest.
Tip: Festival Balloon Magithopter skills
When you fly using the Festival Balloon Magithopter, you can get 4 balloon protection effects.
The balloon effect decreases by 1 when Waterballon Themepark Yata and Themepark Greenman attack. When all of the effects are gone, the balloon will unequip, and you'll be sent back to your starting location.
You will return to the Waterballon Themepark starting location if you unequip the Festival Balloon Magithopter.

We were pleased to see the positive reception to the ArcheAge: Unchained Fresh Start server in September and see that the seasonal style, with enhanced boosting and progression, was popular and well received. We’ve also heard a lot of feedback that on the original ArcheAge, the hurdle to catch up to veteran players is too high. With this in mind, we will be opening up a fresh start for ArcheAge on Dec 15th, 2022.
How will the Fresh Start Server be different?
Focus on faction PvP
In addition to extensive boosts to enable you to progress efficiently, the core focus would be on the conflict between Nuia and Haranya. So, to make this possible, the Pirate faction will be disabled.
Faster and smoother progression
Level Achievement crates: - We want you to reach end-game content and competitive PvP rapidly, so, as you progress you will earn rewards that will ease your journey. These crates will include Infusions and Luna Charms that will allow you to reach a respectable gearscore in a relatively short amount of time.
Meaningful Events
We want to set some different challenges and competitions so we’ll be running a bunch of fun and rewarding events that will let you win even more prizes. Follow us on Twitter and come hang out in our Discord to learn more about these.
Content Gates
We also want to allow those that missed the very beginning of the server to be able to catch up and join in. To facilitate this we will be bringing back the content gates in a similar manner to our first Fresh Start servers. However, the exact timing and specifications of each gate are not yet determined so more information will be provided in the coming weeks.
We’ll be providing more detailed information on the specifications and schedule for events, land rush etc soon. In the meantime, we hope that many of you will join us for the next Fresh Start and that some of the changes we are trying are enjoyed by all who take part. We’ll continue trying to find new and interesting ways for you to enjoy ArcheAge and ArcheAge:Unchained.

You can now receive more powerful buffs depending on the "War Drum" performer's Artistry Proficiency.
Depending on the Artistry Proficiency of the player who plays the "War Drum," the player using "Dance: Pumped Up" will receive more powerful buff.
Buff effects are affected by the Artistry Proficiency of the character who plays (uses) the "War Drum," regardless of who summons it.
If a player with Artistry Proficiency of high rank plays the "War Drum" when a lower level buff is active, a higher level buff will replace the former.
However, while a higher level buff is active, a lower level buff cannot be applied.
Improved "The Yata Lantern" quest's tooltip and objective to be more recognizable.
The Equipment Improvement UP & DOWN event has started.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the sale details of Toy Lantern to "unsellable."
Fixed the abnormal behavior of Sea Banshee.
Others
Changing to Bloodlust Mode will now require cast time.

The "Little Witch's Manastorm Lucky Draw Machine" event has started.
The Little Witch's Manastorm Lucky Draw Machine will appear at Austera and Marianople (become peace zones).
A worldgate that allows you to move to the event region will appear at the Growlgate Isle faction base.
Spend 2 Manastorm Crystals per draw and you will receive a "Pumpkinhead Ball."
Opening the Pumpkinhead Ball consumes 100 Labor and you will obtain one random item.
There is a low chance you can obtain a "Golden Pumpkinhead Ball," which allows you to get a special item, from opening the Pumpkinhead Ball.
An Invisible Ghost now wanders Erenor. If you manage to not see it, post a screenshot in our Discord.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the intermittent issue where the Blue Ribbon ranking information would not reset.
Fixed the issue where notice information was missing from the Task Board.
Fixed the issue where information about exchanging the "Brilliant Hiram Awakening Scroll" was missing from the Gift Exchanger.
