How to Participate

• Go to the event area through "Worldgate: Sky Race" on Mirage Isle.
• Meet Engineer Torry to get the [Mirage Sky Race] quest and receive the Scroll: Sky Yata Kart and Scroll: Greenman Kart items. (Lv30+)
• Summon a vehicle, and then boost up through the tracks!
• Pass through the rail's 1st–3rd points and then jump up at the end of the rail (after you pass the 1st point, you can select between two paths).
• You'll get a reward appropriate for where you land on the landing point. Additionally, you can get Sky Race Coins by using the rewards you get.
• Report to Engineer Torry and you'll get 10 Sky Race Coins and 1 Sky Race Key. These items will disappear during the maintenance on Sep. 14, 2023.
• Your vehicle will be destroyed when the situations below happen. Once destroyed, your vehicle cannot be restored. (If your vehicle is destroyed, forfeit the quest and get it again.)
  • When you move too slowly or when you stay idle at the same spot.
  • When you go in the opposite direction while on top of the rails.
  • When you get off of the vehicle.
  • When you fall off from the rails.

Event Rewards

  • You need 1 Sky Race Key when using Rank 1–3 rewards.
  • You will not get a reward if you land outside of the landing point. However, you can forfeit the quest and accept the quest again for another try.

Caution

• All daily event quests received as part of this event can only be accepted by Lv30+ characters, and will reset each day at 23:00 CEST (21:00 PDT).
• Engineer Torry and Sky Kart Tickets will disappear on the maintenance on Sep. 14 (Thurs), 2023.
• The Rank 1–3 Mirage Sky Race rewards, Sky Race Key, Sky Race Coin, and Mirage Sky Race Gift Exchanger will disappear on the maintenance on Sep. 21 (Thurs), 2023.
• Your Mirage Sky Race rank rewards will disappear if you forfeit the Mirage Sky Race quest.
• Characters on top of the Mirage Sky Race rail will automatically return, and summons will die on the rail.
• All event items can't be restored.
• You cannot use summons or basic abilities around Engineer Torry.

Events

• Enter Mirage Isle, then use the Worldgate at the plaza to start the event.
• Drive the Sky Kart until you reach the end of the race course, then jump to hit the bullseye.
• Even if you fail to land on the right spot, you can still reaccept the quest and try again.
• Rewards can be obtained by using the "Sky Race Key" that can only be acquired through completing the daily quest.

• Patron
  • The remaining time for Patron players will be retained upon merge.
• Subscription
  • The remaining subscription time for ArcheAge: Unchained will be transferred to Patron time after the merge.
  • The remaining subscription time will be transferred to Patron time at a 1:1 ratio.
  • Depending on the amount of the remaining subscription time, you will receive a bonus time that equals 20–30% of this time as Patron time.
    • If your remaining subscription time is 180 days or more on November 30 (Thurs), at 09:00 UTC, you will receive a bonus time that equals 30% of this time as Patron time.
    • If your remaining subscription time is less than 180 days on November 30 (Thurs), at 09:00 UTC, you will receive a bonus time that equals 20% of this time as Patron time.
• Credits
  • The remaining credits in your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts will be added up upon merge.
  • Credits won't be added up per region.
• Account Buffs
  • The remaining duration of the buffs bound to your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts (e.g. ArcheBlessing) will be added up upon merge.
• Login Records
  • If you have login records for both ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained, the one with more logins will be counted for merge.
• Loyalty Token
  • The Loyalty Tokens in your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts will be added up upon merge.

1. Additional Synthesis XP Increase Event

• Additional synthesis XP will increase up to by 1,000% when synthesizing certain equipment during the event period.
  • What's additional Synthesis XP?
    • It refers to the additional XP you can randomly obtain when synthesizing an item.
    • You can check the additional XP you can obtain with the XP bar in the Synthesis UI.

• Adjusted the cooldown of the "Dance: Rifle Drill" emote. 
  • Based on the feedback that the cooldown of the "Dance: Rifle Drill" emote was too long, we have reduced its cooldown from 40 seconds to 25 seconds.
  • We did consider removing the cooldown completely, but using the emote while it's already in use would play the same animation repeatedly, so we decided to adjust the cooldown instead.
• Reduced the cost for socketing Lunagems for a certain range of items. 
  • The cost for socketing Lunagems increases dramatically for a certain range of items and players have to socket all Lunagems in their Brilliant Explorer's equipment and then awaken it to Hiram Guardian equipment. However, players who are growing a new character are not often aware of this process. To improve upon this problem, we have reduced the cost for socketing Lunagems for the below range of items.

  • We will continue managing and improving the equipment growth cost.

    • Fixed: The guild leader and commanders can activate the statue and once activated, guild members can exchange Alluvion Love x30 for Guild Courage x30. Activation cooldown is 12 hours, and once activated, each guild member can exchange once for one hour.
  • [Carpet of Noble Gallantry]
    • Before: The guild leader can activate the carpet. Guild members can recover additional Labor by standing on the activated carpet.
    • Fixed: The guild leader and commanders can activate the carpet. Guild members can recover additional Labor by standing on the activated carpet. Once activated, the effect lasts for 10 hours.
• We removed the minimum entry requirements for the Abyssal Library instance dungeon.
  • You can now enter the Abyssal Library right away without recruiting members.

•   "Rookborne Basin" and "Windscour Savannah" will become Peace Zones during the festival period.
•   You can get to the festival region from the Haranya Alliance Faction Base of Austera, the Nuia Alliance Faction Base of Marianople, and Growlgate Isle by going through the Rookborne Festival Worldgate.

1. The Beginning of the Festival! A Festival in Rookborne (Daily Quest)

•   Accept the "A Festival in Rookborne" quest from Laurant.
•   Collect either "Wrapped Strawberry Barrel," "Scroll: Strawberry Barrel," "Scroll: Watermelon Barrel," or "Scroll: Mango Barrel" at the Barrel Workbench and report to Nogan.

2. Rum Runner Rapids: Novice (Daily Quest)

•   Collect Flag's Energy x5 from Loka's Energy Flag as you descend while riding the cask within the time limit (10 min).

3. Rum Runner Rapids: Advanced (Daily Quest)

•   Accept the "Barrels Full of Barley" quest from Assistant Yoon.

6. A Lack of Melons (Repeatable Quest)

•   You can get the "A Lack of Melons" quest from Surin who appears at certain times.
•   Surin appears at 13:00 CEST, 18:00 CEST, and 23:00 CEST (11:00 PDT, 16:00 PDT, and 21:00 PDT). Please note that the NPC disappears after one hour.
•   Use the "Loka's Stone" placed next to Surin to teleport to Rookborne Mountains where you can find Farmer Andor. Requires a glider equipped in your back slot.
•   Quest Rewards

7. Aerial Delivery (Repeatable Quest)

•   You can get the "Aerial Delivery" quest from Farmer Andor who appears at certain times.
•   Farmer Andor appears at 13:00 CEST, 18:00 CEST, and 23:00 CEST (11:00 PDT, 16:00 PDT, and 21:00 PDT). Please note that the NPC disappears after one hour.
•   Take the "Watermelon Sack" and prepare to glide at Loka's Wind to reach the destination within the time limit (5 min).
•   Report to Fruit Merchant Toris.
•   Flight duration is 3 minutes after you prepare to glide at Loka's Wind. You must abandon and restart the quest if you fail to land on the report NPC's location.
•   There's an achievement you can get by hitting the Pesterhawk multiple times with the Bubble Defense skill.

Content Updates

• Adjusted the standard for displaying enchantment/synthesis success messages.
  • The enchantment/synthesis success messages used to be displayed even for low grade equipment, blocking the screen frequently. To improve on this issue, we have changed the standard for displaying these messages from "Epic" grade to "Legendary" grade and above.
  • However, given this change, the relevant messages for Brilliant Hiram Guardian Equipment will no longer be displayed.
• Adjusted the Faction Chat to be available from level 20.
  • Different from what was intended, some players have been repeatedly creating/deleting their characters to use the Faction Chat, hence we have adjusted this chat to be available from level 20.
  • We hope all players can enjoy a cleaner chat.
• Removed the Daru image from the loading screen. 
  • Based on the negative feedback about the close-up image of a Daru's face appearing in the loading screen, we have removed this image from the loading screen.
• The Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf has started.
  • This is a season arena available until before the August 3rd maintenance, and can be accessed daily between 15:00–23:00 CEST (13:00–21:00 PDT).
