Rack up kills to earn rewarding spoils, and if you find yourself outmatched, you can always return to the main menu for another attempt. It's a chance to battle for currency and supremacy.
You can now collect wood, metal, and stone. Utilize these materials to craft a wider variety of items and even construct your own structures.
In a significant change, you'll now need to complete the game and start a New Game Plus to carry your character forward. This means you can't start a new game at any time and retain your items, anymore.
The enemies have HP bars above them now by default, it can be turned off in options.
We've introduced an in-game chat feature. Simply press "Enter" to open or close the chat, and you can even /dance to celebrate your victories :-)

Let's swim up.
Sadly, we have lost one of our members in April. After a long sickness and many complications, when it looked like it's going to be alright. It was not.
In a bad turn of events, the issues started when we first released and been hampering us. Although we stood fast and tried to help as much as we could, it was not enough.
RIP.
The quick patches and upgrades we have planed turned into a huge one over the year and while it was basically ready in march, we were unable to go forward with anything at the time.
The delay may be for the better as we are now ready to deliver much more content all at once.
We absorbed all the feedback from you guys and considered all of it, many ideas have been integrated. Many QOL improvements are coming along the new features.
The game is much deeper on many fronts now, while being more accessible at the same time.
A Wiki has been made and the main page will link to it now. So information about stuff will be easier to find.
The game has been rebalanced slightly with the addition of many new features and items.
We have planed many new features and items for future updates,(^^spoiler)new engine gives us ways to build much faster and be more creative. The workflow has improved tremendously so we will be able to deliver some medium updates monthly mostly with content. And possibly even shorter maybe biweekly or weekly patches with some items or additions to the world along the yearly patches.
The elephant in the room (patch 2023) is literally here really soon, along with the soundtrack for Ark of Loif. Just give us a sec.
Play on and press F.

Another round of small changes for Ark of Loif
The way how you die is changed, now you lose only money. If you pick up your cross, you get some back. This way, new players should not struggle so much. You could go in your base and collect the items there, but this concept was too unusual for many players. It makes it a bit easier.
The respawn buttons are also renamed now.
We've seen some people getting stuck behind the train in the base (who knows why, there are stairs and also why do you like it there so much?) So we added a plank to walk on.
Game on!
Little rebalance
You get punished a little less now.
Small Multiplayer fix

Why we have been silent?
Hello there!
One of us has been going through disease, nearly fatal. The whole year has been a rollercoaster and we are lucky to be where we are. We have been inactive on the internet and social media during that time.
We are sorry for the inactivity but we are back!
And how better to start than with the release of something big! We are going to release something special, and something long due. Working on this patch has been extremely hard due to the circumstances.
The whole situation affected all of us, sticking to the timeline was impossible, but the time has finally come.
Things are hopefully going to be changing for the better from now on.
We are glad to be back.
