Let's dig a little deeper into this update...
New Boss
I'm REALLY impressive with the look and feel of this Boss. He's an extension of the smaller beasts which can be found in early levels. I should mention that this Boss is still largely unbalanced, and is lacking in behavior variety. I'm looking forward to some feedback so I can make some changes and get an update out ASAP.
Orb drops
Currently, this feature only applies to the standard guards. By landing hits on an enemy AFTER they have lost all health will cause orbs to drop! You can juice an enemy for up to 4 orbs. I think this feature is hugely helpful to restoring life points, and I'll be rolling this feature out to all other enemies in the next update.
Level 12 Boss
There have been a number of adjustments made to the first Boss Battle. The ceiling has now been lowered - making the battle feel more intimidating and stopping players from jumping over to the right side. The Boss becomes more difficult based on his life points - faster movement, faster recovery and even extra attacks!
These are just a few new additions to the game... I've also updated the 'level' introduction sequence too, as well as fixing the forward thrust on the Power Strike and more!The next update will focus on improving the new boss battle, and perhaps a new surprise......
