Arto's Showcases At The OTK Expo
Hey painters!
Yesterday evening we were thrilled to be part of a select few games chosen to participate in the OTK Expo. For anyone who doesn't know, the OTK Games Expo is an event that showcases new and upcoming games with a prize pool of $50,000 (~£39,885). While I'm sad to say we didn't win the grand prize, we've received some amazing feedback, plenty of new faces in our Discord and a healthy dose of Wishlists. Thank you for everyone who took time to watch the show. If you missed it, check it out here! Our time stamp begins here.
After our official gameplay reveal by IGN, we've been hard at work getting our first Arto demo ready for public consumption. While we're intending to expand on this for the upcoming Next Fest, we wanted to give you all an early look at the game.
In total, the first level should take you around 30 minutes to complete (if not a little less for the speed-runners amongst you) and gives you an insight into how we want Arto to look, play and feel. We've a long way to go until release, tons of biomes, bosses and weapons for you to encounter, but for now, we'd love your feedback on this first level via the Steam forums, or through our Discord so that we can continue to iterate and improve on the game.
If you're not sure how to access the demo, simply head to the link below (the primary Steam page) and hit the big Demo button.
