MUTT Studio has decided to close its virtual doors. We have had a lot of fun building and enjoyed interacting with the community but we have decided to take on other ventures at this time. As a result, we will be taking the game off Steam. If you already have a copy of the game it will still work as expected.

Hi all! It's been one week since launch and we've been so excited to see everyone enjoying the game! We have been watching and listening closely and working hard to address bugs and improvements. We have fixed a lot of issues you all have brought to us, as well as made some improvements that should make the early game for new players quite a bit less punishing, while making late game more challenging.
Changes include:
-Improved tutorial to cover core concepts more thoroughly
-Added a Youtube playlist of gameplay in menu for newcomers (thanks youtubers!)
-Helped the likelihood you will receive trinkets early game
-Added store reputation that explains what drives the likelihood of failed pitches
-Nerfed daily bonus money
-You now receive patience when trinkets drop as well to help a bit during the day
-Customers now do more patience damage based on wealth level
-Strikes and patience now reset when moving stores
-Patience system clarified and visualized better
-Raising pay increases patience more modestly
-UI loading bug fixed
-Double strike bug fixed
-Debris config fixed
-Various display animation bugs fixed
-Day not ending bug seems fixed (was difficult to reproduce so waiting to be sure)
Also, a note: we have tested saves from a previous version and it seems they should be unaffected by this patch. So keep on trucking!
We are still addressing some bugs and improvements, but we wanted to get this out to you all ASAP to show we are committed to making Assembly Required the best it can be. Stay tuned for future updates and exciting new content! Also, please don't forget to review the game on Steam if you are enjoying. We need more reviews!

WE ARE LIVE!
It's been a long development journey (about 2 years), but we made it! We started this with a dream of making a fun, weird little game and doing it right. No early access. No microtransactions. Good performance. Great fun. We have worked hard to make it a reality for you all but the work isn't over.
We had a great Beta testing period over the last few months and thanks so much to our testers! We have decided instead of doing a drawing for free copies like we planned, you all get free copies because you're just that awesome! Thanks for helping us improve the game and tutorial as we approached release!
Now that we are here, the work begins of making sure everyone is having the best time possible. We know there may be issues. If there is something that really hinders your enjoyment of the game, please let us know so we can try to address it!
