Regarding Network Issues
First of all, thank you for loving Astellia despite experiencing occasional network issues which may have interfered with your gaming experience.
We'd like to share some information from our investigation regarding the network issues. Some of you may have received a notice from your local internet service provider or have read news reports discussing the crowded network issue caused by the COVID-19 situation. While we positively support everyone's efforts in keeping themselves safe, the COVID-19 situation has resulted in many people staying inside and using the Internet for streaming, watching Youtube or enjoying online games. This increase in network traffic has caused delays on overall network connections around the world and are even breaking the connection in some instances. In order to improve the game's network connection, the Astellia team is working with ISP operators, and is doing its best to resolve the issue in various directions, such as preventing network bypass-and-crowding to reduce network disconnections and delays.
We kindly ask everyone to be patient a little longer as we work to provide an improved gaming environment.

Patch Notes
-The addition of the event Call from Nadine Star Callers' Guild.
Period: March 31st, 2020 through to April 14th, 2020 (14 Days)
Participation: All levels may participate in the daily / weekly aspects of the event.
Main Event Area: Major Cities in all regions.
Objectives:
Obtain event specific coins from NPC's within major cities after completing event quests.
Exchange these coins to earn rewards exclusive to the event, that are acquired at NPC event stores.
-In-game Cash Shop updates.
Fair Play
We'd like to take a moment to quickly refresh folks on our policies regarding the use of 3rd party software while playing Astellia. For most players, you'll most commonly hear them referred to as "Macro Programs" or "Bots", which allow players to use software to automate play. In the interest of maintaining a fair and fun environment for all Astellians, the use of these types of programs is not permitted.
Players who are caught using such programs will have their accounts permanently suspended, and are not eligible for refunds. We do not enjoy having to take such drastic actions, though it is necessary to ensure a level playing field is maintained. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all good health during these difficult times.
