We received much positive feedback about our weekend buff event,
so for August, we have decided to try a new type of buff event.
The details of the event are as follows.

[7/28] Scheduled Maintenance & Patch Notes

Maintenance Information

[Time] 12:00 ~ 04:00 (PDT) | 07:00 ~ 11:00 (UTC) | 16:00 ~ 20:00 (KST)

1. Summer Event will end.
1-1. Our vacation is ending and the fairway towards Midsummer Island will close.
- The Midsummer Island Teleport Manager will retire for the summer.
- Finished quests can be completed by speaking with the Quest Completion NPC, but Astellians will not be able to accept new quests.
- Event Token Merchant will reside in Meiville for a bit longer so players can redeem their Pearls.
<*> Limited products from the summer event Merchant are purchasable until July 30th.
1-2. Once vacation time in Midsummer Island ends, all agents and staff on the island will leave the island.
- Beach Balls and Golems will no longer respawn.
- All Merchant NPCs will no longer be on the island.
2. Avalon
2-1. Increased stats for treasures crafted using Stella Shard.
2-2. The weapon and armor provided in Avalon will be greatly enhanced.
- Basic stats for the weapon/armor will change to that of +10 Legendary 2-Tier Equipment.
- HP +100 option will be added to all equipment (+200 in total)
- Runes still cannot be equipped.
- There are no optional stat bonuses.
2-3. The number of guards in Avalon will increase.
- The population density of guards on the map will increase.
2-4. Rewards related to Kalmar will be adjusted.
- Sealed Source Teleport Scrolls will be available for 500 Tokens at the Golden Victory Token Shop.
- Enhancement Stones will be removed from reward boxes gained by defeating Kalmar; instead, the probability of gaining Sealed Source Teleport Scrolls will increase. (The probability will increase proportional to the removal of Enhancement Stones.)
2-5. All field monsters in Avalon will drop ‘Golden Victory Tokens’ with a certain probability. Stronger monsters will drop more tokens.
2-6. Faction Tokens will be added to Avalon Faction Quest Rewards.
- Physe: Token of Verdure
- Ceres: Token of Equilibrium
- Eos: Token of Revenge
* The above tokens will be added for each Faction Quest.
2-7. Each factions’ guards will drop a new common token.
- Guard monsters in each Avalon faction will drop a new token named [Atra’s Echo].
2-8. According to the change above, a respective token merchant will be added to each faction. Purchasable items are listed below:
2-9. The common token, [Atra’s Echo], can be traded into each respective faction tokens at the merchant in the different factions with a 1:1 exchange rate.
2-10. The number of new tokens and common tokens will reset to 0 at the end of every season.
3. Zender
3-1. The Rewards section and Zender rewards in the Arena will change as below.
- The maximum score for the Rewards section will be lowered to 1000 points.
- The number of subdivisions in the Rewards section will increase.

3-2. Avalon Zender Reward will change as below.
The ratio of distributed rewards by faction ranking will change as below.
Zender rewards distributed according to ranks in each faction will change as below.
Zender will be distributed according to ranking for the top 100 players and to percentiles for the other players in the top 80%. Those below 80% will receive Zender rewards according to the individual score.
3-3. Items below will be added to the Zender Shop.
* Astel Summon is a selection card pack where players can choose one Astel out of 5 Astels. The star grade of summoned Astel will vary from minimum 1-star to maximum 5-star.
3-4. Price for certain Zender products will change.
4. Cash Products
4-1. Subscription Products will be enhanced.
- The maximum number of Dungeon Tickets increased from Norden’s Favor will change from +4 to +12.
- Karza’s Guile will give 20 Star Caller’s Coins every hour and 30 Coins every 2 hours as a daily login bonus, and increase AP Recovery by 1 as a continuous buff.
- All item drop rate +10% buff and auto-looting buff will be added to Niar’s Blessing effects.
4-2. New Mechanic Themed Skins will be added.
- Mechanic Package has been newly added.
- The original price is 589 Gems, but launching sale price will be 460 Gems. The contents are as follows:
- MC Mechanic Armor Skin (Selection Box)
- MC Mechanic Weapon Skin
- Rota Mechanic Skin
- Zender Bonus 14-Day Ticket
4-3. The Deluxe Package upgrade that was purchasable from the Cash Shop will be retired. The Skin Plus Package will be replacing the Deluxe Package. As with the previous package, please note that this Package must be purchased on the Character which you would like the items to go to, as the items DO NOT go directly into your Product Vault. They will be placed in the Character’s inventory.
- The price will be 400 Gems and includes the items listed below:
- Limited Edition Weapon Skin (Red)
- Limited Edition Armor Skin (Red)
- Limited Edition Mount (Red)
- 5-star Servant Choice Card Pack x 1
- Storage Expansion (+100 Slots)
- Growth Support Box
- Novice Atra Potion x 50
- Ring of Exploration
5. Game Function Improvement
5-1. The 4th Quick Slot bar will be added.
- Due to the additional slot, the basic shape of the Skill Quick Slot Bars will change.
- The location and size of the Skill Quick Slot Bars can be adjusted at the UI Custom Function anytime. Other functions will be the same as the previous Quick Slots.
5-2. Guild Emblem function will be added.
The Guild Leader can create a Guild Crest from the [Manage Guild] Menu.
As the Guild levels up, various crests can be unlocked and used.
The Guild Crest can be equipped, and will be displayed like the picture below.
5-3. Skin Equipment Slot will be added.
- An additional Skin Equipment Slot will be added alongside the existing one so that players can change their appearance, and also apply stat bonuses from another skin. Please note that this additional Skin Equipment Slot will only change the appearance - if a skin with a stat bonus is placed in the additional Skin slot, only the appearance will be applied, not the stat bonus.
- Ex. If you equip a skin with a stat bonus in the current Customization slot and an appearance changing skin in the new Skin slot, you can play with a different look along with the stat bonus.
- On the other hand, if you equip the skin with a stat bonus on the new Skin slot, only the skin appearance will be applied, and not the stat bonus.

6. Two Astels are summoned after the tutorial.
Once the tutorial has ended, Rota and the basic Astel distributed according to class will both have been summoned.
7. EXP for Astels will increase.
Astels will receive 5 times more experience points than the player.
8. AP Recovery Buff will be provided.
After the maintenance, all players will receive an AP buff that increases the recovery rate by 12 per second.
Known Bugs:
Zender reward information is shown as the reward information before the update.
Duel Zender reward will be awarded as announced and those bugs will be fixed by next update.

[7/28] Update Preview (Pisces ver.)
Hello Master,
Were you able to cool down from the summer heat at Midsummer Island?
This is Pisces with another segment of exciting news from Astellia!
The next update in store is... Ta-da! It's Avalon!
Pisces was able to take a peek at what update is in store!
1. Avalon Tokens will be added
Ceres, Physe, and Eos factions will each have their own Tokens.
But Avalon Tokens reset every season, so don't forget to use them before the end of the week!
2. Avalon Astel
Using Avalon Tokens, you can also obtain new Astel friends.
I wonder what kind of new friends we'll be able to make.
Pisces' heart is already beating in excitement!
I also heard that the type of Astel friends will depend on which faction you are in!
3. Weapons and Armors Provided in Avalon
The basic weapons and armors provided in Avalon were pretty lame, right..?
The Chartus Owls will laugh at us if we fight in them.
So the basic equipment you can get in Avalon are... Are you ready to be surprised?
Weapons and Armor that are on par with 10 Tier 2 equipment!
You can't equip any Runes, but your HP will increase by 100.
4. Zender Rewards
Avalon's Zender rewards will greatly increase.
I don't know exactly how much, but I heard it's going to be at least twice as much!
Zenders are not going to be only Avalon's, but Arena rewards as well.
Master, I really-really want to ride the Comet Steed.
Oh...... but now that I think about it, only Master can ride and we have to follow behind, right?
Umm... but that's alright. Pisces wants to see Master wearing Jacobman equipment, striding through Avalon on the Comat Steed.
Since it will be much easier to obtain Zender, some items will have price adjustments.
5. New Avalon Guard NPC
A lot of Star Callers will gather in Avalon.
Of course there are ones as strong as Master, but there will be a lot of other Star Callers who are still growing.
That's why there are going to be stronger guards in the upper of Avalon to protect the inexperienced Star Callers.
But this Guard NPC isn't invincible, so it can be also hunted by launching an intense and powerful attack.
And the respawn time will be very lengthy, so it is very important to protect the Guard NPC.
6. Exchange Token
If you hunt the new Guard NPC of the opponent factions, it will give Exchange Tokens that can be redeemed for your faction's tokens.
However, the new Guard NPC is very powerful, so it won't be so easy to hunt.
7. Golden Victory Token
Stella Shard Treasure is very strong, but not easy to enhance, don't you think?
So Avalon's Field Monsters will drop the Golden Victory Tokens.
8. Kalmar
To complete Kalmar's Illusion quest, 'Sealed Source Teleport Scroll' was required to move to the center of Avalon.
But it hasn't been easy to acquire, right?
There were continuous messages requesting to join Avalon on the chat, but no way to join... Pisces was sad.
So, the Teleport Scroll will be purchasable with the Golden Victory Tokens.
Also you know the boxes from hunting Kalmar? They will also have the Teleport Scrolls.
9. Subscription Item Enhancement
Some Subscription Items will have auto-looting function or increased item drop rate by a little.
This will be applied to players who already bought the previous Subscription items as well.
10. New Weapon Appearances
Mechanic Weapon Appearance that matches with the Mechanic Armor Appearance will be added.
Rota and Master's matching outfits... I'm so jealous.
Hopefully, Pisces will also have her own skin items too!
11. Guild Emblem
Master, don't you wanna show off our Guild's awesomeness?
No worries from now on! Guild Emblem function will be added!
12. New Treasures
New title system will be added to Avalon.
Whoa, this update will be epic too! Right, Master?
Pisces' heart is already fluttering thinking about fighting in Avalon beside my Master!
