The Titan Biological Research Report command is now available in the Titan Research Room in Story Mode.
The distance between you and the Titan you are battling will be displayed in the Options menu.
In Online Play's Annihilation Mode, you can now indicate which team you wish to join while waiting in the lobby.
The user interface has been changed in Online Play's Annihilation Mode.

Problem notice and how to prevent the issue（03/26/2018
When Inferno Mode is started after playing online, the player character may become unresponsive to controls.
The following temporary measure can be used to resolve the issue:
1. Load the save data causing the issue
2. While offline, partake in a battle and save the game when you have returned to the Daily Life section.
3. Start Inferno Mode.
Note: select any of the following battles for step 2
- While offline, any episode in Story Mode
- While offline, any Scout Mission in Story Mode
- While offline, any Scout Mission in Another Mode
Update information for Steam version of "Attack on Titan 2" (2018/03/20)
① Support for Western languages
With this update, the game can now be played using the languages below.
By selecting a language from the launcher window after starting the game, you can play the game in the selected language.
- English
- French
- Italian
- German
- Spanish (Spain)
- Spanish (Latin America)
② Save data that was created while playing in Japanese/Asian languages can now be used after switching to American/European languages.
When switching between Japanese/Asian languages and American/European languages, you can now save and load save data that was created while playing in a different language.
Such data is applied concurrently with this update.
Problem notice and how to prevent the issue（03/19/2018）
We are currently confirming the issues below that occur in "Attack on Titan 2".
We are preparing a patch to handle these issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience that such issues might cause our customers, and kindly ask for your patience until corrective measures are applied.
In the meanwhile, until the patch has been applied, please refer to the instructions below for methods to prevent the issues.
◆Issue 1
If the following conditions are met during game play, the game cannot progress as usual:
- In the Daily Life section after completing Chapter 2 - Episode 4 "Experiment" of the Story Mode, Annie is invited on a Scout Mission and is added as an ally.
- In the same Daily Life section, the game is advanced to the point in which Annie joins the Military Police Regiment and leaves the Daily Life section.
- In a state for which the two above conditions are met, before advancing to the Daily Life section after completing the battle in Chapter 3 Episode 5, any Scout Mission in Story Mode is completed.
To prevent the issue:
1. In the Daily Life section after completing Chapter 2 - Episode 4 "Experiment," do not have Annie join as an ally.
2. Alternatively, after Annie leaves the Daily Life section, add a character other than Annie or Erwin as an ally.
◆Issue 2
If the following conditions are met during game play, the game cannot progress as usual:
- In the Daily Life section after completing Chapter 2 - Episode 4 "Experiment" of the Story Mode, Erwin is invited on a Scout Mission and is added as an ally.
- In the same Daily Life section, the game is advanced to the point in which the event where it is decided which type of soldier the main character and their party are to become occurs, and Erwin leaves the Daily Life section.
- In a state for which the two above conditions are met, before Erwin reappears in the same Daily Life section, any Scout Mission in Story Mode is completed.
To prevent the issue:
1. In the Daily Life section after completing Chapter 2 - Episode 4 "Experiment," do not have Erwin join as an ally.
2. Alternatively, after Erwin leaves the Daily Life section, add a character other than Annie or Erwin as an ally.

Notice concerning how to apply the corrections for the issues that occurred in the Steam version of "Attack on Titan 2".(03/16/2018)
We offer our sincere apologies for any inconveniences such issues might have caused our customers.
■(Corrected) Sometimes the creation of save data failed.
Corrected an issue in which creation of save data failed if characters other than one-byte alphanumeric characters were included in the path name of the folder to which save data was to be created.
Note that if the issue was avoided by moving the location of your Documents folder, we recommend that you return the location of the folder to its original location by following the procedure below.
1: Open "Explorer", right-click "Documents" under "PC", and then select "Properties".
2: Select the "Locations" tab.
3: Select the "Move" button.
4: Select the original location of your Documents folder, and then click the "Apply" button.
5: A window will appear confirming whether you want to move the folder. Select "Yes".
■(Corrected) Sometimes DLC was not applied within the game.
Corrected an issue in which the "Early Release Outfits" and "Additional Costumes" DLC below were sometimes not applied within game despite having entered the appropriate codes.
