Hello you VR axe masters!

I hope you are all having fun throwing virtual axes out there. Here is the first update to the game. This update brings:

Fixes to practice and random mode achievements
Side hit code improvement (should result in much less side-on target hits!)
Fixed small haptic buzz on throw
Fixed a few rogue axe scoring center points
Added warning splash message on load
