Something Like a Roadmap
Hello, Thank you for playing "Axiom of Maria: Prologue." There have been frequent questions about the sequel, so I've put together a brief roadmap. "Axiom of Maria" was inspired by an old TV series called A Team. I wanted to depict a story where the few remaining people in a seemingly hopeless future casually banter. Initially, I considered making three to five chapters. The prologue you played is a prequel to the main chapters, and I'm currently preparing the first chapter. The playtime of the first chapter will be similar to or slightly longer than the prologue, and I aim to complete it by the end of next year. Based on the feedback from the prologue, I have improved the controls, UI, and level design, and I'm particularly striving to properly incorporate metroidvania elements that couldn't be fully implemented in the prologue. I would like to include a different form of bike combat at the end of the game, but this may change depending on the development circumstances. It seems more likely to be completed as a standalone game rather than DLC. Thank you once again.

Since the key layout has changed quite a bit, it's a good idea for those who've played the early access version to reset their control settings once.
