Patchlog v.2.8.0

Hello guardians,
our weekly report:

During the last week we have made very big changes on BACK TO THE EGG!
We can finally say that it is a complete tower defense game now.

Log




  • Towers can only get builded on sockets
  • Towers can get upgraded
  • The player no longer gets attacked
  • A level consists of 10 waves
  • Nexus and portal can not get destroyed anymore
  • New UI elements
  • Some towers can only attack flying mobs while other can attack grounded mobs or both
  • Level design
  • Disabled passive skills


However the entire game is now much more challenging.

Hello Dragonguards,

let us present you the current patchlog. Alot of gameplay adjustments and balancing this time.

  • Implemented the Steam Cloud (steam account based saving)
  • Much much more enemies are now spawning
  • Improved performance
  • Changed the way of buildings items
  • Added more music
  • Set arrow shoot distance to 50 meters (164 feet)

  • Enemies getting stronger each wave
  • New Steam Achievements
  • Adjusted amount of gained experience by opening the treasure box

Hello Dragonguards,

The results of the last few days are listed below :)

Patchlog



  • New character armory (different skins are dropable soon)
  • Steam Leaderboards
  • Player noises, shouts and other sentences
  • You are now able to shoot AND run/walk
  • Enemies are now attacking towers

  • Removed saving gold in profile (gold only exists in levels and does not get saved anymore)
  • You can now build as many towers and traps as you like

  • You do not get any gold back when you remove buildings
  • Tower health is now visible

We promised to update the game nearly every week. Here is the result of the last week:

Patch v2.2

Log



Instead of playing different characters you can now create your own profile character. We added this to be prepared for the inventory and skill system which we will add later on. We want you to be able to be identify yourself more with the character you are playing so in this patch we made a professional character overhaul.

The game is no longer an endless game. You finish the first chapter after defeating all enemies of wave 20.

Currently we are working on the new character-, inventory- and loot system to bring you more content.
