Pre-Release Update 6: Too Much Information



- Added in game manual.
- Added music to be in stereo.
- Added previous and next 10 to the leaderboards now that there are more than 10 names.
- Added a screen stretch to the windowed mode.
- Added version number to the title screen.
- Fixed Steam cloud overwriting files when you reset save and score data.

Pre-Release Update 5: More Visual

Another day another update. A few of these updates were posted yesterday, but there's no reason to have 2 written updates in a day.

- Added Steam screenshot functionality.
- Added trail effect for particles. It might be a bit too much, but time and opinions will tell.
- Fixed leaderboards so they show 10 scores rather than 9.
- Fixed rare crash involving coin balloons.
- Fixed SpacePig's background.
- Improved cakes so they have particles when you collect one and have a rumble effect.
- Modified music to pause during the pause screen, because you could be taking a call from the (insert name here).
- Modified leaderboard text and pushed the names a bit to the right so they no longer run into the rank number.
- Modified coin particle to be a coin.
- Removed unused files.
- Removed outline for damage effects.
- Removed ability to take screenshots using the right bumper.

Pre-Release Update 4: Multiple Controllers used by Multiple Players



- Added selectable control methods for 2 players. Such as player 1 can use controller 2. Two players can share 1 computer, one player can use a controller while the other uses the keyboard. A single player still has their control method detected.
- Removed controller rumble when using mouse controls
- Modified score background so it is more legible.
- Fixed rare issue with the game not loading scores correct.
- Fixed more font issues.
- Fixed crash related to the Unipig and 2 players.

Pre-Release Update 3: Now on the Steam, Catch the Cake

- Added "Catch the Cake" as a bonus when you pop a star balloon with all three of your balloons in tact. cake will drop from the sky and grant you points. This will give you a break from being attacked.
- Added monthly and weekly leaderboards rather than only best and daily.
- Added Steam cards, badges, emoticons and wallpapers are now live for all the testers. There are a few more emoticons that need to be approved.
- Added Steam cloud support that will be good for people who play on multiple computers or if you ever migrate over to a new computer.
- Modified enemy spawning to be once per second to prevent clusters of enemies in the later levels from becoming a wall.
- Modified enemy spawning when your own balloons are popped, enemies will spawn less for a moment. This is only noticeable in higher levels.

Pre-Release Update 1: The Waiting Room Update

- Modified menu controls to move in less time and move when directly pressed such as press right, right rather than hold right.
- Added multiple controller support for the menus rather than only gameplay.
- Added ability to pause with controllers and keyboards rather than touch screen.
- Added the ability to pause automatically if the window has lost focus.
- Added controller rumble functionality. The game also detects which controller the player is using or if the player is using a controller.
- Modified the frog enemy to appear at level 5 and up.
- Fixed glitch with the frog where if you die the frog would never appear again until you exit the game.
- Modified the ceiling bump noise to happen once until you lower out of the screen top area.
- Modified bounce mechanic so you can only bounce on a balloon if you're moving downward. It may change back by the time the game is released.
- Fixed a crash related to taking a screenshot.

Chances are there were a lot more updates before these.
