How to Report Issues & Bugs

Please report the PC bugs you are encountering in the game in the official game forums at http://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support-for-PC/bd-p/Support
When reporting your issues, to help the teams with their investigations, please include the following information by following the below instructions:
Reporting Issues/Bugs:
When reporting a problem you are experiencing we want to make sure we have all the information we can from the get go to allow us to help you faster!
You can start off by filling out this basic template of quick questions – by providing as much relevant information as possible will make it easier for us to track these issues down and address them.
What is the issue you are experiencing?
• Explain as clearly as possible what the problem is
• Please detail if this is in single player or multiplayer
What platform are you playing on?
Where were you are experiencing this issue?
• Examples: “Main menu” or “Old Gotham”
How long were you playing before it happened?
If reporting on PC please include Diagnostics information (please see the guide below for this).
How to collect DXDiag Logs:
Collecting DirectX Diagnostics logs are going to be needed to help us help you!
These logs simply contain a readout of all your PC specifications – to allow us to know exactly what hardware you have – and this can also help us narrow down any issues you may have
To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, please follow the steps below:
1. While at your desktop, Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You’ll have a Run prompt show up in the lower corner of the screen
3. Type dxdiag in the text field
4. Click OK
5. If prompted to “Check if your drivers are digitally signed”, select YES
6. If your computer has the button 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (if you have this button available, click it!)
7. If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available
8. Then please click: “Save all information”
9. Save this file to your desktop and attach it to your forum post.
10. If you are unable to attach your DXdiag to your forum post, please use this link http://pastebin.com/ where you can paste your DXdiag text and press "submit" and it will give you back a link that you can include in your forum post.
