Greetings Commanders!
Welcome to BIC v1.2, our first major update! With this update we decided to expand our supported language to welcome all the Commanders from China. We have tackled many frustrating bugs reported by our fantastic community and at the same time we overhauled the initial training with Sgt. Howe. Phew!!
So without further ado, here is the v1.2 Changelog:
New Features
Added Simplified and Traditional Chinese localization
Completely overhauled the initial training for new players! Commanders will now have a much smoother and informative introduction from Sgt. Howe
Brand new unit information briefing! When you unlock a new unit you will see an example of special abilities and a brief explanation of its behavior
Added theater promotion pop-up for whenever you earn enough medals to reach the next theater
Added a new “Coming Soon” section to the units tab
Improved the trainer's tactics during battle
Added the new Ration Crate with a speedy 15-minute timer

Balance Changes
Smoke cost reduced to 3 (from 4).
Smoke debuff increased to 50% (from 40%)

Minesweeper health increased to 750 (from 700)
Barracks cost reduced to 5 (from 6)
AT Mine radius of explosion decreased to 0.75 (from 1)
AP Mine damage increased to 100 (from 70)
Attack Dogs range of attack decreased to 0.75 (from 1)
Added a sound effect when changing the volume sliders so you can preview how loud they are
Added time to taunt at the end of a Ranked or Friendly battle
Added controller sensitivity slider in the options
Improved accuracy of the rewards shown in the Crate pop-up
Improved default controller sensitivity
Added values for volume sliders and controller sensitivity
Added stats for units being spawned from another unit
Improved other units stats display as they were missing certain stats
Added “shared by” in the alliance chat under shared Replays
Added the name of the alliance’s current leader in the Alliance info
The Warship now clearly reacts when activated
Rewrote all units descriptions to better explain their functionality
Added a CP spent display on top of a unit when deploying it in battle
Added new targeting cursor for Naval Support
Remaining enemy Bunkers explode when their Warship is destroyed
Improved the pre-deploy time in battle
Added information on the rewards gained when donating units in an alliance
Entering taunts during a battle will deselect your currently selected unit
(Mouse) Deployment now always shows a preview without having to hold the mouse button down

We are aware of time synchronization issues on start-up, and we are monitoring the current situation
We are also aware of battle synchronization issues that could result in the awarded medals showing as 0. We have fixed a number of issues related to this and will continue to monitor the situation

Battle Islands: Commanders v1.1.2 Patch Notes

Greetings, Commanders! Thank you very much for your feedback! Keep them coming!
In this update we decided to do some specific balance changes to improve the early stages of playing according to your feedback. We swapped the Theaters in which the APC and Tank Destroyer are found. By moving the Tank Destroyer to the Boot Camp we believe there will be a more direct counter to the APC.
At the same time we did not want the Tank Destroyer to dominate the early stages, so we reduced its range to make it easier to surround once it locks on to a Bunker.
New Features:
Added new visual effect for when Supply Crates and Reinforcement Crates are ready to be opened and when a player can request a Unit in the Alliance!
Balance Changes:
Moved the APC to the Central Pacific Theater
Moved the Tank Destroyer to the Boot Camp Theater
Reduced Tank Destroyer range to 4.5 (from 5)
Reduced Mortarman area of effect radius to 2.5 (from 3)
Increased Mortarman setup time to 1 (from 0.8)
Reduced Rifleman Squad cost to 6 (from 7)

Fixed a bug when trying to synchronize with the game servers

Known Issues:
We are aware that trying to take a screenshot with F12 will hide the UI. We have a fix ready, but it will be deployed in next patch. Pressing F12 or left ctrl + F12 again will restore the UI. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Battle Islands: Commanders is now in Early Access! This is our first update following closed beta. We would like to thank our awesome closed beta testers for their invaluable help and feedback.
New Features:
• Added 26 new Trainers to the game! We added Trainers to each of our Battle Theaters to provide an expert Training challenge for players that want to test their skills!
• New Battle Theater added: East Asia!
• Redesigned and improved the matchmaking screen for both ranked,
