Battle of the Bulge Tournament!
We are setting up a great [b[Battle of the Bulge Tournament and we are inviting you all to take part in this event!
The tournament will be 3 rounds of Paired Games on the Battle of the Bulge scenario.
Matchmaking is via a Swiss Chess system with players getting 20 points for each game that they win.
Each round lasts for 10 days and each player has 4 days of turn time within the round (their remaining time is displayed in-game).
If a players timer expires then the opponent wins the game.
If, for whatever reason, a player is awarded a bye then they get 15 points for each game skipped in this manner.
The overall winner is the player with the highest number of points at the end of all 3 rounds (Max 120). If there is a tie then the prize will be split amongst the joint winners.

Battle of the Bulge Version 1.16 is live!
Battle of the Bulge, the fast paced wargame simulating the tough battle fought between the Allied and the German forces on the Western Front, has been updated to Version 1.16!
This update greatly improves the multiplayer experience introducing a Real Time System, allowing the players to receive live updates in multiplayer sessions without waiting for a notification to return to the fight!
Together with this feature this version fixes some bugs (like the AI stuck on replacements phase bug) and improves the gameplay in many ways!

Game features added:
- Real Time multiplayer system.
- Notifications in multiplayer system.
- You can now resign from and claim Multiplayer games on the game list menu.
- You can claim victory in games where your opponent has not made a move for 7 days
Game fixes:
- AI improved.
- Fixed a lot of multiplayer desynchronizations that caused the game to freeze.
- Fixed AI stuck on replacements phase bug.
- Breakthrough from 2 different tiles in the same turn should no longer cause unwanted behaviour.
- Overall improvement of game stability.
- Victory Points are now loading correctly in both Single Player and Multiplayer.
- You should no longer be stuck in History / Help menus in iOS.
- Fixed an issue where changing the language to Japanese and changing it back to English could cause the game to crash.
Battle of the Bulge Interactive Let’s Play!
This is exactly what “Battle of the Bulge” is able to represent, and to better show the wide array of strategies the player could take, we release today the first Interactive Let’s Play!
In this operation, you are (partly) in command!
First, you will have to decide with which side you want to play: Axis or Allies.
After this choice you need to select the opponent you will face: by picking the Axis you will have at your side the advantage of initiative, and you will be able to challenge Montgomery – a very skilful defensive commander – or Patton – the famous American general known to attack in every situation, even if attacked himself!
On the contrary, playing as the Allies means to be prepared to confront the overwhelming power of the Oberkommando West (at least at the beginning), against the methodical old style Field Marshal von Rundstedt or against Dietrich, the cunning commander of the 6. Panzerarmee.
At the end of every video, you will have to make a choice between 2 tactical options.
To proceed (and to discover if your choice was successful or not) you have to hover your mouse on the screen at the end of the video and select the option you prefer. You have around 20 seconds to make a decision.

Battle of the Bulge has been updated to Version v1.15!
For instance now Isolated Units no longer lose strength overnight if the tile is not contested and the AI has been refined in order to better adapt to keep better supply lines!

Battle of the Bulge Released and Streamed!
16 December 1944 - The once quiet Ardennes forest erupts with the shells of thousands artillery guns. Under the snow lie the bodies of the first American soldiers caught by a completely unexpected large-scale German offensive.
The Allies have underestimated the Reich’s ability to mobilize its resources, and now they are facing the OberkommandoWest’s charge towards the river Meuse. They race forwards, aiming to gain the banks of the Meuse before the allied air forces can react to stop the panzer march.
