Tilt Five Patch: support for local co-op
Greetings, exciting adventurers! Hold onto your seats because we've got some exciting news to unleash upon you!
Prepare for a wild ride because we are thrilled to announce that we've brought the local co-op experience in Battle Planet for Tilt Five! Get ready to dive into the action with Multiglasses and Mixcast, now fully integrated into the game! (Whoop, whoop!)
But that's not all, folks! We've cranked up the excitement by updating the Tilt Five driver to version 1.3.3! We've even added a handy reminder to make sure your Tilt Five drivers stay as fresh as the game itself. Plus, we've vanquished a pesky bug that had the audacity to mix up players and glasses, making the Player 2 control the Player 1 control and vice versa. Say goodbye to the glasses-swapping chaos when the game starts!
A small update patch that addresses some bugs related to cooperative gameplay. This patch fixes some issues that were disruptive when playing with a friend and made Coop not function properly. Now, cooperative play will be fully fun and functional again.
Bug-Fixes
Fixed revive mechanic in coop, you can now properly revive each other again
Fixed visibility of projectiles for player 2
Fixed Revive: Previously, players were unable to revive their buddy, resulting in a frustrating soft lock. We made sure this issue is resolved and you can get up and fighting again consistently!
Fixed Projectile Visibility: When playing on Split Screen, Player 2 would not be able to see any projectiles shot, just the lights which should follow the bullets. This, of course, is very disadvantageous with how many projectiles fly around the screen at all times. Now, all projectiles will be visible again when joining a friend as a partner in crime. Fire away!
As always, if you encounter any issues or have feedback, let us know on Discord or here on Steam.

Patch-Notes for May 11th 2022
This patch is mostly focussed on upgrading the internal SDK and fixing some issues for the Tilt Five version of the game, as well as some general issues.
Features
Upgraded Tilt Five SDK version
Added an infographic with recommended playing pose for Tilt Five
Added a brightness slider for Tilt Five
Bug-Fixes
In rare occasions, weapons and other pickups were able to spawn "too high" for the player, making them inaccessible. This is now fixed.
You're no longer able to pause the game during introductions of enemies, weapons and such, which resulted in an overlap of the pause menu while running the game
When pausing the game, without giving any further input and then Alt+Tab to another program and then back into the game, the pause menu was auto-closing and the game continued. It now stays paused as it should.
Improved stability of input devices on Tilt Five: Previously, the priority and order of devices used hasn't been great for Tilt Five, for instance when connecting a controller but playing with the wand, you saw wrong iconography for controls. Additionally, the input of the wand has not always been registered correctly, which should be fixed as well.
Battle Planet Is Now Tilt Five Enabled
This patch features an exciting update to our game: Battle Planet - Judgement Day is now officially Tilt Five enabled! This means, if you have a Tilt Five, you get to experience our game as a hologram. We are super happy with the result and the way it looks on the Game Board. To celebrate the occasion, we also made a bunch of visual improvements, addressed some outstanding bugs and added suggested features, such as a warning screen for when you leave a planet with remaining XP on it.
Tilt Five Support!
The game is fully Tilt Five enabled! Connect your Tilt Five glasses and get to experience Battle Planet - Judgement Day as a hologram at home!
Controller Support
The game is playable with the Tilt Five Wand Controller, supporting horizontal orientation
Additionally, your regular gamepads or keyboard & mouse should work just fine too
Detection Backend
We want to make using the Tilt Five as easy as possible for you! When you connect your glasses in the main menu, the game will ask you whether to use them or not
You can enable/disable using the glasses at all times via the options menu
Switching between Tilt Five & Default Mode is possible in-between planets - you do not have to quit the game or restart your run!
Unfortunately co-op mode is not supported in Tilt Five due to the need of a second pair of glasses and a second PC.
This affects their base values as well as their upgrades
Visual Improvements
We improved a bunch of VFX & Textures in the game, such as...
… projectile VFX
… spawn VFX for the police faction
… added VFX to items to make them more visible
… improved combat & ability VFX for the spy
… texture touch up on most planet surfaces
… improved lava visuals
We added a small blinking effect to xp right before they disappear to indicate that you need to collect them quickly
Audio
Improved Shotgun sound
UI/UX
Possibility to restore the games settings to default
You can choose to skip already seen boss introductions now
Leaving a planet with XP left triggers a dialogue prompt to ensure no XP are left behind unwillingly
Bug Fixes
Medkits no longer drop in unfortunate, unreachable positions
XP are always consumed correctly now
When playing co-op, you could see the hurt fx of the other player overlap on your screen. This is now fixed.
Sometimes the pause menu auto-closed when using the ESC key, this is now fixed
Shotgun weapon now also gets its introduction once seen
The hub sometimes spawned the same item twice, when you unlocked a new one. This is now fixed!

'One-Shot' Fix & Highscore Reset
Good day fellow criminals on the run,
It appears that our criminal-cloning system had a bug and so that crazy dude called 'Psycho' was able to “one-shot” all and everything out there.
Obviously, that led to pretty unbalanced und surreal highscores.
With that said, my dear criminals of all across space, we decided to reset all highscores on Steam with immediate effect.
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience to take place, but it also means that …
