We’re headed back to Austin, Texas for our 5th time exhibiting at Rooster Teeth Expo (RTX)! You’ll be able to find us at RTX 2017 Booth 401 (next to our friends, Supergiant Games) from July 7 to July 9 and we’re going to have lots of new stuff this year.
Arcade
Our custom-built arcade cabinets are returning with us. Come play Pit People, BattleBlock Theater, and Back Off Barbarian! We’ll also have brand new 2-player Pit People arcade cabinets to play!! These arcade cabinets are built by our hands for your hands!!!
All the demos at RTX are free to play as always. <3
Store
We’ll have official merchandise at our Gift Shop, including blind-boxed capsules in our Chonku Chonku machine! For $5, you’ll be able to get a token to place into the machine and it will pop out a capsule with either Behemoth Pins (new assortment pictured above) or one of the Castle Crashers mini-figurines! The Behemoth pins are new to Earth (first time ever!) and there will be 5 random pins in each capsule. (What a steal!)
There will also be 3 Pit People t-shirt designs (XS – 2XL) and Pit People plushies for sale. Tees are $20 each and Plushies are $25 each.
Everything is available while supplies last since we can only ship so much over from San Diego. Get there early to buy some official Behemoth merch!
Daily Pit People Tournaments
RTX attendees looking for some Pit People competition will be rewarded with our brand new competitive Pit People cabinets. Come by our booth and challenge a fellow attendee for a chance to win some STUFF!

We're also unlocking two prisoners in addition to BOOM! Get Triple Threat (since it's our 3rd birthday!) and Buckle Your Pants (because hype!) for a limited time only. Just load up the game and the unlocks will pop up if you haven't unlocked them previously.

BattleBlock Theater, was released a little under four years ago -- first on Xbox 360 and then on Steam a year later. In 2015, it was added to the list of Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles as well. We like to consider it a delight and can only hope you agree!

It’s hard to even imagine all those people at once, isn’t it? But we try anyway and we think it looks pretty epic. We are all so grateful to have had the game played so many times by so many people. Hatty Hattington seems to be making new friends every day while Purrham Furbottom’s Theater remains just as bustling as its former glory.

We’re coming back for you, Boston! Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) East runs from March 10-12 this year. We’ll be at Booth #14005 with our custom built arcade cabinets and our Gift Shop with tons of official merch!

Pit People is now available on Steam! Early pioneers of the game will receive permanent access to the full game for $14.99USD. When the game is in full release it will be $19.99USD -- but anyone who already owns the game would have their version automatically upgraded at no additional charge.
That’s right! If you dive in now you’ll get the game at a discounted price AND you can help us raise this thing like you’d raise a roof or a child. I suppose neither one of those things being raised is completely accurate but I’m sure you understand. We will be raising whatever this thing is together, indirectly and/or directly.
