- Fixed open mic ID issue when using Line-in
- Dare devil is now reset when using perk weapons

V1.001 Update
I've tried to address the open mic problems some players are having:
- Fixed crash when using 'Open Mic Settings'
- All 'loopback' audio devices are now added to the desktop audio list, this include Speakers, Headphones and Headsets
- Added warning if input device has > 2 channels. It will still play, but the ID system doesn't currently work with surround sound.
- Added a warning if input frequency is > 48khz. If you get this warning, can you report back is the track ID system worked?
