How do I join?
There will be Steam-Keys spread across the Steam Community Hub, Facebook, Twitter, and Discord as well as some handpicked from the recent Alpha Test Signup.
Whast part of the Test?
There will be one mission (CQ_RecruitCamp) and one Gamemode (Conquest). All Weapons, Bot support and Player Ranks are available.
The Rank does not transist into the final game.
Can I stream or upload Gameplay videos?
Yes you can, but makre sure to clearly mark this as a Stress Test!
Whats about to be tested?
The overall game stability, gamebreaking bugs and server performance.
There will be only official EU servers available for this test, we want to test how Servers react to a huge load with high pings.
This is a early stress test, there are a lot features incomplete and some weapons are inbalanced. Expect bugs!

Multiplayer Rank
Beyond Enemy Lines 2 Multiplayer will support a Rank system with a maximum Rank of 120. Kills and Mission Objectives across Conquest, Team Deathmatch and Coop will reward you XP points. But be aware, Teamkills will give you negative XP > you can and will derank if you teamkill!
To reach Rank 120 you need to Score 250.000 XP, wich translates to either

Multiplayer Details | Gamemodes, Maps, Servers and Monetization
Beyond Enemy Lines 2 will feature a full Multiplayer part. So lets talk about Gamemodes, Maps, Servers and Monetization.
Maps & Gamemodes
Right now there are 7 Maps in total available and playable across all gamemodes. The available amount of maps at launch is not set but at least 7 or more.
They split across the gamemodes as following:
Conquest: 4 (4 unique)
Team Deathmatch: 4 (3 unique)
Coop: 4 (4 unique)
Conquest supports up to 32 Players and transport vehicles on large scale maps. Team Deathmatch on the other hand supports up to 16 Players and no vehicles on small and fast paced maps.
Coop missions for up to 4 Players are a different topic and can largly vary in scale and complexity. However the Coop Mission Generator will use a 'small' open world to create the missions which will be extended after the release with more areas, details and mission types.
Monetization
Beyond Enemy Lines 2 does not contain any Microtransactions, Lootboxes, Itemshops or anything else. You will have full access to the entire game once you bought it and all futher Multiplayer Updates like new Gamemodes and Maps will be entirly free for everyone who owns the game.
Along with most of the Multiplayer Updates, there will be a Singleplayer Paid DLC with a new ~1h long Story mission playing on the new Multiplayer map.
This is how the Multiplayer development should be keept alive. Without gambling or any other bullshit. You'll get content for free and are free to pai for even more Singleplayer content.

Early Access
The Multiplayer will Launch as Early Access even if the game is not marked as Early Access. Why is this the case?
The reason behind is complex and yet so simple. Beyond Enemy Lines 2 is developed by Polygon Art, a single man developer (me). Releasing a 10h+ Singleplayer Campaign, PvP Multiplayer and Coop at the same time is a crazy task. And I put all my efforts in this game to deliver the best quality possible.
The Multiplayer is currently running very stable, crashes are not present and gamebreaking bugs are at this point fixed or just undiscovered. The closed Alpha is running constantly and the bug hunt was already very successfull.
How Multiplayer will behave in the end will only show the full live test and this is why it's launching as Early Access.
