After the latest update, a compendium with detailed information about individual bird species in the demo version was introduced to the Birding Simulator. In addition to the English name, we have decided to add the Latin name of the species. Each bird will have a species description under the photo and general information such as: weight, size, habitat, activity, and many more. Some data are not unlocked at startup, for example: Diet or info about Eggs Laying. You can unlock it thanks to a corresponding rating for taking pictures of specific genres.
As you might guess, even birds have sexual dimorphism. We published tabs with the selection of the sex of the bird, for those interested, you can learn more about the differences between males and females of the same species. Below we attract two sample screenshots straight from our game:
Of course, this is the end of our work, but only the beginning. We will inform you about the news that we will introduce to you. We encourage you to share with us your feedback at all times because it is beneficial in work. Feel free to comment in the Birding Simulator Discord and other social media!
Steam Next Fest Ending
This is the end of Steam Next Fest. We are very grateful for testing the demo version. We have received valuable feedback and will do our best to meet players' expectations. We are working on an Early Access release right now, so stay tuned for more info! We hope you enjoyed the live broadcasts and had a great time in the competition. The demo version will be with you until Early Access. We plan to organize small events periodically, so be ready for exciting challenges!
