Quick 1.8.1 update patch
Just a real quick patch, due to a report in the discussions forum - an issue where the game would crash at a certain point while playing the side story with Rose has been fixed.
If anyone spots any other bugs please do report them and I'll get on it as soon as I can!
Version update - 1.8.0 (added new story)
We've been working hard on the game, and have now added a new side story to Bistro Days, where you take a trip to the beach with your dream girl!
The side story will unlock once you successfully complete any girls' route, and then you will be able to play it through with that girl. Should you complete multiple routes you will get a choice as to who you wish to spend time with.
For those who have already got the game and have already successfully won a girl's heart, provided you have achieved the correct Steam achievement for completing the route, the side story will be unlocked and you should receive a dialogue pop-up telling you as such. If you encounter any issues with accessing the side story please leave a comment.
Other fixes in this version:
- Added gender confirm. You will now be able to confirm your chosen gender before moving on to name choice.
- Moved the achievement location in the code. You will now only receive the route completion achievement on Steam once the final chapter has ended completely, rather than mid-way.
- Additional bug fixes and updated version number.

Update patch 1.7.4
Just to say, you have been really helpful reporting these bugs, and I've been doing my best to fix them as quick as I can.
This new minor patch includes the following fixes:
- Fixed an issue where Iris's route's second CG would not unlock in the CG Gallery. This was due to the naming structure of the image. Also, note that there are two variations of the CG here, one for the male protagonist and one for the female, so unless you play through Iris's route as both a male and female protagonist, you will not unlock both.
- Fixed a breaking bug where game would crash just before a phone conversation with Rose in her first chapter. This was caused by a typo in the variable set for a previous conversation.
- As normal, the version number has been updated on the main screen.
I hope you all continue to enjoy Bistro Days, and keep those bug reports and suggestions coming so we can keep improving the game!

- Fixed an issue where Iris's sprite pose did not match the expression

Bistro Days 1.7.3 update patch
Just a quick note to let you know that the 1.7.3 patch for Bistro Days is now live and your game should be updating soon.
Here's a run down of the issues addressed:
- Removed a stray testing variable that caused a phone conversation with Rose to potentially show the wrong text
- Completely overhauled the credits screen
- Added all Kickstarter backer names to the credits
- Updated the version number
Update patch 1.7.2
Just a quick patch update, the following issues were addressed:
1. Fixed achievements - you should now be able to gain the achievements while playing Bistro Days, apologies for this not working before
2. Fixed an issue where the Instasnap screen would flash up unintentionally for a split second in Chapter 3 after ordering food.
Also, updated the version number to match the patch.
