Throughout the journey from the demo version to early access, there have been many changes. Thanks to your encouragement and support, we were able to develop until the official release. We are truly grateful to the users who have been waiting. Thank you.
In the official release version, we plan to add stages 4 and 5 and enhance adult illustrations.

Black Academy EARLY ACCESS 0.1.163 Update

In the Early Access version 0.1.163, difficulty selection and refresh (reroll) have been added, and a new NPC, the "Mysterious Witch," has appeared at the Black Academy.
In addition, various items have been updated, so please check the details below for more information.
β’ Difficulty selection feature has been added to allow players to play the game based on their skill level. β’ When clicking the [Start Overtime] button on the main screen, a screen to select the difficulty level will appear. β’ There are a total of four difficulty levels, and the characteristics of each level are as follows:

β NPC Addition (Mysterious Witch)
β’ Previously, in order to acquire the Magic Orb and perform the Magic Power Up, players had to defeat a demon holding the Magic Orb. However, it was deemed to detract from the fun of growth due to the low demands compared to the increase in ability. β’ Therefore, we have removed the "Demon holding the Magic Orb".
β’ From now on, however, players can acquire the Magic Orb through the "Mysterious Witch". β’ Players can purchase the Magic Orb with coins, and the purchase price is divided by each Power Up level.
β’ If the desired item does not appear, you can use the refresh feature to exchange it for another item.
β’ 'Magical Spells' and 'Magic Items' have different required coin amounts depending on the grade, and only items that are higher than the grade being refreshed appear.
β’ The required coin amount for the 'Raccoon Shop' is fixed at 500, and all items appear randomly.
β Magical Spell
Normal Grade β’ To enhance the fun of shooting attacks, the normal grade spell has been adjusted as follows: β’ Attack speed is increased by 25%. β’ Attack power is decreased by 20%.
Leviah Magical Spell β’ The attack power of Leviah's magical spell has been adjusted to help her in combat.
The attack power of Leviah's magical spell is increased by 20%. Nya Nya Punch β’ As it showed a higher attack efficiency than intended, its attack power has been adjusted. Attack power is decreased by 30%.
β Additions and Changes
1. Magical Box Open Skip β’ A skip feature has been added for the magic circle animation that appears when opening a Magical Spell box.
2. Bee Box and Honey Waffle 2.1. Appearance probability adjustment β’ The appearance probability of Bee Boxes and Honey Waffles has been adjusted as they were appearing more frequently than intended. β’ Bee Box: 30% β 10% β’ Honey Waffle: 15% β 10%
2.2. Adjustment of number of Magical Spells (legendary) in Bee Box β’ The number of Magical Spells of each grade appearing in Bee Boxes has been adjusted. β’ Legendary grade: 3 β 1 β’ Rare grade: 0 β 2
3. Demon HP adjustment β’ The HP of some demons has been adjusted as they were being defeated before fully demonstrating their patterns. 3.1. Stapler Demon β’ HP increased by 40%.
3.2. Baseball Demon β’ HP increased by 50%.
4. Hana_Pattern_Prelude Animation β’ When the Eye of Surveillance laser attack is imminent, the blink speed of the red guide UI increases. β’ There is a slight delay before Word Tanha's attack is launched while she is wandering around Hana.
5. Gallery_Streamer Mode_CG Unlock Condition Modification β’ CGs will now be unlocked regardless of the Streamer Mode (ON/OFF) status when discovered.
6. Debuff status notification animation β’ A blue border effect gradually blinks at the edge of the screen to clearly indicate a debuff status.
7. Charging Attack_HP UI Shake Effect β’ When dealing damage to a mid-boss or boss with a charging attack, the HP UI shakes.
8. BoBo the Owl Mission β’ Demons will now disappear when the remaining time reaches 0 seconds.
β Issue Fixes
Fix for infinite loading issue on European OS language setting β’ Fixed the issue where the loading screen would not progress when the OS language setting was set to a European language.
Boss defeat related issues β’ Fixed the issue where players could continue attacking the boss even after their HP reached 0. β’ Fixed the issue where the game would not progress to the next phase after the boss's HP reached 0.
Missing magic items (Max Heart, Max Magic Boom) β’ Fixed the issue where magic items related to Max Heart and Max Magic Boom were not appearing.
Duplicate event tutorial display issue β’ Fixed the intermittent issue where the event tutorial would be displayed twice.
Bubble Tea Devil not attacking issue β’ Fixed the intermittent issue where the Bubble Tea Devil in Stage 2 would not attack.
We have updated the game with the difficulty selection, refresh (reroll), and skip functions that many of you have provided feedback on. It feels fulfilling to finally add these systems that we have been wanting to include for a long time.
