Blackwind Patch 1.0.2.5
We are pushing more updates as we continue to improve the gameplay experience. This patch addresses the following issues:
- Removal of more dialogue lines that may sound annoying to some people.
- Fixed an issue where the power icon was disappearing in certain occasions.
- Custom resolution settings now correctly restores when reloading the game.
- Added a small tutorial for the ability to teleport the drone when it is too far from the player to re-join.
- Fixed some minimap details.
Unfortunately, this patch is only available for players currently on Windows. We are working on rolling out these updates for Mac users soon!

We want to, firstly, thoroughly thank everyone who provided our team with feedback on the Blackwind release! The development team has been working incredibly hard to resolve the community’s concerns promptly, and we are proud to announce that we have delivered the first patch for Blackwind!
The focus for this patch was for quick turnaround with the key presented issues, and so you can now expect…
1) Adjusted the camera positioning to improve gameplay.
2) Reduced repetitive one liner voice overs.
3) Provided a mini-map for outdoor environments.
4) Resolved crashes at certain checkpoints.
5) Added the ability to teleport the drone back to the player when it's too far to re-join.

Blackwind Arriving on Jan 20th!
We’re happy to announce that Blackwind is arriving to PC via Steam and GOG, and the Mac App Store, as well as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, on Thursday, January 20th!
Physical versions lock-on to retail shelves courtesy of Perp Games on Friday Jan. 21, 2022 in European regions with North American copies arriving at a later date.
Blackwind is a top-down sci-fi action game that puts you in the shoes of a teenager trapped inside a prototype battle armor suit during an alien invasion. Face off against enemies, cut through their ranks, and fight back in a last-ditch attempt to stop a planetary invasion.
